Must say the service was excellent, always pleasant, professional, and with a smile. Me and my partner had a wonderful stay Really beautiful and modern suite, with jacuzzi and amazing view, very stylish and comfortable. Even the small details stood out, like high-end shampoo and body wash (worth around €25 each, was so good we went to buy it ourselves. Perfect location near amazing restaurants. Highly recommended.

One of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect right on the water with exceptional amenities. I originally booked a deluxe oceanfront room with an infinity pool but upon arrival the amazing staff upgraded us to a private villa with a private pool (1000/10) the staff were beyond exceptional and helpful in every way possible. The food in the restaurants was delicious! It’s about an hour from the Heraklion airport and about a 10min drive into town where it’s lovely to walk around the shops and restaurants along the water and easy to book excursions. We stayed for 6 days so we did explore the island as much as we could out to Samariá Gorge, Chania, Elafonisi Beach (pink sand) and the museums in Heraklion. The location, the food and the hospitality made this holiday in Crete a dream!

The location was perfect for visiting the area. We arrived from Heraklion by car. Sevi was an outstanding host and we were so grateful for the conversations and local advice. The rooms are nice and spacious, with AC. It’s a few minute walk on a trail to the nearest beach, which only has a shower right now. Sevi recommended other beaches about 10-15 min away with beds, umbrellas, and tavernas. Outstanding recommendation to the mountain villages of Krista and Kroustas (must stop for lunch!)

Exceptional hotel with an amazing view over Elounda. We stayed only two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. It’s nice and quiet, very different to the Chania and the Western side of Crete. The people at the hotel are lovely, breakfast was great. Would definitely go back if I come back to Crete.

Everything was perfect! I had the honor of being the first customer of this property. The host was very communicative and even had A/C installed my first day there because it was hot! The atmosphere in Agali Apartments is very cozy, and the hosts are incredibly hospitable. You can feel just like at home. Everything you need is there. We were also really delighted by the fruit, pastries, and water left for refreshment. There are even several beaches nearby, just a few minutes from the apartment. The food at the restaurants is delicious and the owners went out of their way to recommend us nice places to explore (usually visited by locals rather than tourists). . We were also impressed by the closest beach where you can go snorkeling — we saw many different kinds of fish. Thank you for the wonderful time and a warm welcome! 🤗
