Everything. The hosts were super. Water pool was clean. Bus stop near apartment - easy way to reach Chania by bus (tickets 1,2euro). There is big market on the other side of the road. Private parking makes the difference.

Everything was just perfect from the moment we got in! Amazing staff, super clean, and awesome views from the room. Breakfast and dinner are served in the room (if preferred) or you can eat in the restaurant. There’s a nice small gym and spa you can use. The location was also very good, 10 minutes drive from the Municipal Parking in the center. On top of it all, the service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Royal Sun! The location is very convenient – close enough to Chania but away from the busy streets, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the night shift receptionist, who was always welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the restaurant has an incredible panoramic view over Chania – truly a highlight! The room was comfortable and clean, and one of the best features was the free shuttle service to the city center, which saved us the stress of looking for parking. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.

Most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful city! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and the location ideal. Selected Suites is simply outstanding. Abdel is the best host, greeting us personally at the front entrance, and always helping us with any request we had. He was so kind and brought us right to our room. And Ayu is such a wonderful person to take care of guests - she came to the room with Abdel and gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate a big birthday. She also met us at 6am on day of departure to give us a travel package with treats for our long journey home. Order the breakfast in your room - it is amazing. A basket full of delicious food and drinks! The pool is such a nice addition to the hotel as well. Finally we were so happy with our room. We got a king room with balcony and a hammam spa - in the room! What a treat after every day of walking and exploring. We could not have asked for more.
