Hotel is located right on the beach, sunbeds are included. Nice beach bar. Very good breakfast, lots of options, restaurant is very clean, great views from the restaurant and terrace to the sea, nice music during breakfast, atmosphere, nice music during the day, on the terrace, as well. Not to loud, lounge atmosphere. Hotel is very clean, well maintained, rooms a cleaned-up every day, cleaning ladies are very nice. Beds are big, there are more pillows options if the ones offered do not suit you. A plus for us were the blackout drapes. Personnel is very welcoming, well trained, helpful. Perea is not very big, there are lots of restaurant options on the beach promenade. The hotel is located at the end of the promenade, so close to everything and at the same time quieter. The beach is not big, but nice, sandy and water is not deep at all, perfect for kids. It can be crowded during weekends, but during weekdays it was perfect. Very good options for families with kids, because it is very convenient and the hotel staff made our group feel welcome. Hotel offers also massage services with good prices. Unfortunately, we only got the offer on the last day of the stay and we did not use the service. Really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back.

The location of the hotel is excellent: close to city center and far from the noise. We had the room with seaview and huge terrace. It was really nice. And the staff very pleasant. We asked if we can have an earlier check-in and they arranged the room earlier in order to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated it.

The home was clean and spacious for our family. The host was very kind and communication was easy. We rented a car and the property had private parking next to the building. You could also park for free on the street if there was space. The location was perfect. We were less than a minute to a mini market to grab food. Tons of restaurants and shops in the area. It took us about a minute to get to the beach. The host was kind to leave us a bottle of wine that we enjoyed. The big plus was that we always had hot water and the water pressure was perfect. We absolute enjoyed our stay and I’m super happy that we booked this place.

It's the best place to take a break and continue your journey to wherever you are going, the beach is kind of OK, I wasn't going to swim anyway, the place is relaxing, and it adds a stop as a break in the journey, which makes everything easier.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches. The beach bars along the coast are perfect for chilling out and spending lazy days by the sea. For more activities or sightseeing, you’ll need to go outside Perea. It’s relatively well connected, but don’t expect fast or very frequent transport. Still, it’s a great spot if your priority is sun, sand, and a seaside vibe. Nomad and Abuelos are perfect beach / brunch bars and Taverna Thalassopoulia a great Greek restaurant.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination. The beach means a narrow piece of land. The sand is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere even in the water. The sea si full of sea weed. There are no water sports in the area. There are paid sunbeds that we did not use. However, the restaurants are good and the food is cheap.

At the time of our stay, it wasn't overcrowded, and a lot of local people were frequent visitors to the beach. The town is kind of suburbia of Thessaloniki, and it is close to the big shopping malls and all that Thessaloniki can offer. The atmosphere is more casual both during the daytime, as well as during nights.

Hotel is close to Thessaloniki Airport. We chose to stay there initially for 3 nights but extended the stay to 7 days because we were very impressed with the facilities. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent from Bacon and Eggs through to pastries, fresh fruit and continental cheese/meat mix. Pool area was well maintained with complementary water for those sitting round and using the pool. The pool bar staff were very friendly and no request was too much. Restaurant was excellent and again staff very welcoming and efficient.

A nice small hotel 10 minutes from Thessaloniki airport and 200 meters from the beach and numerous restaurants. The rooms are very good and clean, with small bathrooms and large balconies. The guys at the reception desk are very kind, nice and helpful. Very good value for money if you want to spend the night waiting for your flight to another destination or simply want to relax for a few days in a peaceful environment.
