We loved the appartement. It is spacious, clean and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. Communication with the owner was great. Instructions for check in were very clear. Location couldn't be better, many restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and we would love to come back here some day.

The location and the view from the apartment were nice! As it is next to the sea you can find beautiful sightseeing and good restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best breakfast I had in hotels. There is a big parking close by (for a free spot its best to arrive early in the morning or at evening)

This was our third stay at Villa Nickolas during last ten years. We simply have found our ideal peace of Greece. Small, clean, nice hotel with parking provided. Excellent breakfast, pleasant and dedicated staff, comfortable beds, towels and sheets changed every on second day, cosy beach restaurant. small shop with excellent choice of gifts and other daily needs. We enjoyed everything! The location is great.. on the beach! The hotel is exactly as it is described in the pictures! The room was clean and the water was always great! The ladies at the reception desk were so lovely and they speak a very good English so communication was great! The breakfast was delicious and plenty of options to choose from.

I loved being able to have the pool at the Hotel, no sand for a change.😊 The Staff were very accomadating as I had booked a room without a balcony, back to reception 5 mins later we had a Balcony and a City View. The breakfast was lovely and had slight changes each morning.Highly recommend to stay at Lucy Hotel, Kavala
