The villas are spacious, well appointed and immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pool area is stunning. We really got the sense that the owners (and architects!) of the hotel have worked to create accommodation that allows you to feel at home while you visit Kefalonia. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was amazing and had a perfect selection for everyone’s tastes. FYI - There’s no dedicated parking at the hotel but plenty of parking on the street directly outside.

Breakfast is great (everything your heart could desire and more) and the hot tub on the balcony is a great perk, especially in spring time. We stayed at Electra Kefalonia Hotel & Spa and absolutely loved it. The hotel was clean, compact, and perfectly located — close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and the airport. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Although the hotel’s proximity to the airport might bother some guests due to occasional noise, for us, each plane landing was like a fun little air show. Plus, there’s no air traffic after a certain hour, so it never disturbed our sleep. We genuinely felt at home during our stay. Thank you for everything!

We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and cleaned daily. We were lucky to receive an upgrade from our host, Anastasia, who is absolutely wonderful! We stayed in a huge room with a gigantic and very comfortable bed – we especially appreciated the Coco Mat mattress. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we were very grateful for. The hotel is located right on the beachfront. I believe it has around 11 rooms, most of them offering stunning sea views. The sandy beach is literally in front of the hotel – small but with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. There’s also a good restaurant right next to the hotel. Lixouri is a small, charming village with a relaxed and authentic vibe. It’s not overcrowded with tourists, which was a big plus for us. All the restaurants are just a short walk away, and the ferry to Argostoli (the island’s capital) is very close, running every 30 minutes.

Everything! The location and hospitality were fantastic. There's a cute dog and a cute cat that loves petting. Owners are hospitable and very helpful with car rentals and provided tips on what-to-do around town. Walking distance to local market and town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. Close enough to see the turtles coming up the harbour during late morning. Katia introduced us to take the ferry to Lixouri which we would not have found out online. Free parking right across the street. You definitely need a car to get the best of Kefalonia. The room and shower are very good. They upgraded our room too. This is the best place we've stayed throughout our 2-week trip all over Greece.
