Hotel in Rhodes Town
This central hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a friendly atmosphere, within walking distance of Rhodes' main attractions.
The room is a bit old. But i like it coz the room was huge and i got what i needed and wished for... extra pillows and hair dryer. The fan works superb. The small balcony is good enough. You cant hear the noise outside. I had a peaceful might after a long day. The location was perfect. Two supermarkets outside the Hotel what can you ask for! But the best of all is Spyros, your night employee at the reception. He was really nice to your guests. Me as a new guest i felt at home , safe and problem free. Thats how you do it in the hotel industry. Am glad i booked at your hotel. Thank you so much.

The hotel is a real value for money. I booked it in a really good price and I was expecting something really lower for the money I booked it. To my surprise the hotel was really really good. The location is perfect to have everything in the center of Rhodes, cafes, restaurants, bars, the old town, the marina. The staff was very polite and helpful. It was a really nice stay. The internet connection was very good, as I worked remote from here and I had no problem. The boudoir in the room worked perfect as an office for me. Overall, a perfect choice for me.

Rhodes natural beauty is breath-taking. The crystal-clear turquoise waters and the stunning beaches make Rhodes a paradise for nature lovers. The old city is also steeped in history and culture and one can wander round narrow streets, ancient architecture, and charming squares. The Palace of the Grand Master is a must-visit. The food in Rhodes is simply exceptional and in terms of nightlife (bars, etc.) there are many options. Overall, Rhodes combines natural beauty, rich history, delicious cuisine, and it offers a variety of options.
Make sure that you visit the associated areas and not just the Grand Palace as this was a great disappointment, very little information provided. Promised exhibitions closed and only lots of empty rooms and mosaics. No information provided on the Knights Hospitaller at all !
I mainly stayed în the Medieval Town and Mandraki Harbor areas and visired the Acropole, within Rhodes Town. It has amazing place, especially if you love walking. Of course, bicycle and bikes are available for renting and allowed within the Old Town. For night life you have some live music but for me the highlight was Elli Beach Bar which has a special vibe.
Rhodes has great connection to other Dodecanese islands and more , ferry boats are convenience. Also international airport and airport shuttle bus for 3.50eur to take you to the city center. English is spoken widely. Very nice food and many choices for authentic food. Ouzokafenes restaurant was fantastic for nice Greek dining. But if you want quick grab look around mandraki. Place called Fast food~ cheap and so great. Local dive in. Taxis can be pricey so as Uber. During peak afternoon evening hours expect delays.
La Terezza restaurant on the beach with the cruise ships, the old town was amazing but some restaurants are overpriced. Walking around the walls, takes about an hour but is worth it, you can walk through holes in the walls!! The archeological museum is worth a visit. Just exploring the narrow streets without getting lost is fun, we found a small church in like a cave, it was amazing, it’s called Church of St John the Baptist
We stayed in the Old Town for two nights. The one thing I didn’t do was the castle and that wasn’t for lack of time, more that it was so hot, I couldn’t be bothered to be honest. I think two days was perfect, especially because we did the hop on, hop off tour on the first day so we saw loads. But we had also done a boat trip and beach day in Turkey already so we had our fill of those activities elsewhere. Overall, I would say if you’re looking to mix beach, boats, and sight seeing, a week would probably be better. But for just sight seeing, two days was plenty, maybe we could have done three at a maximum but as charming as the Old Town is, eventually you feel like you’ve seen most sights of historical significance and then it’s just souvenir shop after souvenir shop. We did go on to other areas of Rhodes to do a wine tasting and vineyard tour, cooking class, butterfly valley and go to the beach so this review doesn’t reflect those activities, this is strictly about the Old Town.
Rhodes Town
'A little piece of authentic Greece in a perfect location. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the centre of The Old Town. Every amenity at your doorstep, Old Town Elli Beach a short walk away also New Town nearby. The hotel is very eclectic and run by a lovely Greek Family who go out of their way to make you feel at home and help you with anything. you need. or advice and recommendations on nearby good restaurants etc. We as a family felt totally at home and relaxed here and will definitely stay here again.
This is a lovely hotel in all respects from which to enjoy Rhodes. The location is excellent for visits to the Old City, restaurants, and beaches. The rooms are spacious and the ample breakfast in the courtyard is a great way to start the day. Best of all is the intimate atmosphere and the excellent advice provided by the very friendly owners - for example, we were tipped off to a special outdoor evening concert at the Grand Palace, very nice restaurants with local cuisine, and the best ice cream shop in town.
How nice, attentive and helpful the staff were. We were able to leave our bags after check out, and come back and shower before catching our flight, at no extra cost. Breakfast was very good value for money (we had this included in our room rate) and included a juice, coffee and item off the menu. Nice sized airy room, with lovely sea view from balcony and within a 10 minute walk to Old Town and Rhodes Town and less than 5 to the beach. Lovely hotel, would stay again if I ever came back to Rhodes.
Rhodes Town
The apartment hotel is on a premium location 100 meters from the best beach in Rhodes town and a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center. The apartments are well appointed with all the basics in the kitchenette for any length of stay. The rooms as the rest of the hotel are clean and well maintained but the staff are its greatest asset - cheerful and always ready to help with anything, any time of day or night. If I go back to Rhodes, that's where I'll stay again for sure.
Excellent location at the Northern tip of Rhodes Town with access to the beaches on the Western (windy) and Eastern (more calm) sides of the island. Also, you have access to the pool at the Cactus hotel across the street--a reasonable sized pool with a large area for sunbeds unlike many hotels in Rhodes Town. There is also a bar and restaurant at the pool. The sea views from the rooms are fantastic. The superior rooms on the top floors are renovated.
The hotel is really a gem in the old city of Rhodes. The manager Konstantinos was the most accommodating and helpful person; treated us to a welcome drink "Masticha" , with great stories about Rhodes and was very helpful in all aspects; Breakfast was amazing, fresh and tasty, we even got to taste a homemade pie prepared by Konstantinos' wife. We had truly most romantic stay at Niko's
Very recommendable hotel with super friendly staff and excellent value for money. We booked all inclusive and it was very good choice - the food was tasty and for this price we really could not expect anything better. The hotel is a 15min bus drive to the city center but it was not an inconvenience, the buses go every 30min and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. All in all very pleasant stay!
The breakfast was superb! It was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Katerina and her husband, Zofiri, welcomed us enthusiastically and greeted us with a smile every morning. They were always available for anything we needed. Porolithos Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem in the center of historic Rhodes Town, steps away from the majestic Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes.
The hotel was very good. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Always very accommodating. Very good selection of meals in the restaurant buffet. Excellent WiFi coverage throughout the hotel. Excellent location in Rhodes town. In a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars Old Town and harbour for boat tours.
Really proffesional and polite staff willing to provide any kind of help from the best beach destinations to the most elegant restaurants . Also the location is very nice ,close to the beach and to the old-new town . We were shocked mostly about the luxury place at the pool of the hotel , easily comparable to a 5-star hotel .
Eleni and her family, running this unique hotel in the historic town of rhodes, welcomed us warmly. We stayed with our two young boys (4- and 6-years old) one week at the D’Argento Boutique Room. Eleni supported us exploring the island with useful tips and helpful arrangements.
Rhodes Town
This is my 3rd stay since being in Greece, and I highly recommend staying here. It is walking distance to Old And new town with shops and and taverners close by. There is a beach about 300 m away. Enjoy your stay. The staff are fantastic Thank you Christina and Dagmah.
Great hotel in the centre of Rhodes Town, close proximity to Elli Beach and the Old Town. Perfect location to explore the island with great bus transport links. Clean room, comfortable bed and god basic coffee facilities. Staff were really welcoming and helpful aswell.
Rhodes Town
The service is fantastic! Special recommendation to the concierge Manolis who went out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. The hotel is all inclusive and there’s plenty of food choices. Also, their private beach is great!
Well located hotel close to the key facilities and sights in Rhodes Town. The staff were friendly and polite - especially the woman looking after the catering and bar. Breakfast was good - a good range of options to choose from
Perfect little hotel of Rhodes City. Close to the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Quiet at night. Wonderful staff. Nice balconies with views. Very affordable. The breakfast is excellent.
Love the wide selection of breakfast options. Also, hotel is walking distance to major places in Rhodes and old town. Has lots of good places to eat and shopping.
