We have stayed on the fabulous Elli Beach before, but not on this particular hotel. Last year I spottet it out, especially because of the large and quite deep balconies. So, this year in October it had to this hotel, and it was spot on. Everything is good here, and the breakfast is very varied and suits every taste and diet. We recommend this hotel very warmly.

Lovely hotel and would 100% recommend! We booked a superior double room with a city view however we were given a pool view room which actually turned out to be a nicer view! The room was as described in the photos and all of the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a fantastic location for Rhodes town and the harbour; both only being about a 5 minute walk away. Rhodes Old Town is also close by, taking approximately 15/20 minutes to walk to. The included breakfast is at another hotel less than a 1 minute walk down the road. Breakfast is varied and includes continental items such as fruit, cheeses, ham, pastries/cakes and bread as well as hot items such as bacon, sausages, egg etc. The rooms are cleaned daily with towels replaced. The pool area isn’t the largest with about 12 sun beds (which are the comfiest sun beds I’ve ever used!) but when we were there (end of September) we never had a problem getting a sun bed. The pool has the sun on it all day, although some sun beds do go into the shade as the day goes on. Bear in mind this is true for when I was there, other times of the year may be different!! The hotel also has 2 shower rooms downstairs stocked with towels and shower gel which were perfect for getting a shower before we had to leave for our flight. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The price the hotel charges is great value for money and I would definitely stay again if I visit Rhodes in the future!

Rhodes has great connection to other Dodecanese islands and more , ferry boats are convenience. Also international airport and airport shuttle bus for 3.50eur to take you to the city center. English is spoken widely. Very nice food and many choices for authentic food. Ouzokafenes restaurant was fantastic for nice Greek dining. But if you want quick grab look around mandraki. Place called Fast food~ cheap and so great. Local dive in. Taxis can be pricey so as Uber. During peak afternoon evening hours expect delays.
La Terezza restaurant on the beach with the cruise ships, the old town was amazing but some restaurants are overpriced. Walking around the walls, takes about an hour but is worth it, you can walk through holes in the walls!! The archeological museum is worth a visit. Just exploring the narrow streets without getting lost is fun, we found a small church in like a cave, it was amazing, it’s called Church of St John the Baptist
We stayed in the Old Town for two nights. The one thing I didn’t do was the castle and that wasn’t for lack of time, more that it was so hot, I couldn’t be bothered to be honest. I think two days was perfect, especially because we did the hop on, hop off tour on the first day so we saw loads. But we had also done a boat trip and beach day in Turkey already so we had our fill of those activities elsewhere. Overall, I would say if you’re looking to mix beach, boats, and sight seeing, a week would probably be better. But for just sight seeing, two days was plenty, maybe we could have done three at a maximum but as charming as the Old Town is, eventually you feel like you’ve seen most sights of historical significance and then it’s just souvenir shop after souvenir shop. We did go on to other areas of Rhodes to do a wine tasting and vineyard tour, cooking class, butterfly valley and go to the beach so this review doesn’t reflect those activities, this is strictly about the Old Town.
the town was crowded when we arrived, 5 cruise ships in port. If you don`t like crowds, Rhodes Town is not the place for you. The town itself is full of history, but is very commercialised with lots of souvenir shops and many cafes and tavernas, some very tacky. It is easy to walk around, but take flat, thick soled shoes as there are a lot of small cobbles.
The Old Town is one of the most impressive places you will ever see. It has over a thousand years of history and the city walls and fortifications are absolutely massive. There are miles of narrow cobbleways, full of cheap authentic local restaurants and we covered a different area each evening. It is possible to walk around most of the gigantic walls inside the outer moat, but make sure that your phone/camera is fully charged before you go out ! Don't sit down to drink or eat in the main squares- there are many good bars and tavernas within a hundred yards round the corner at half the price. CRUISE SHIPS- the most popular streets are narrow and can be an absolute nightmare, so try to avoid when the boats are in.
Rhodes is a great city. We have been here second time. For the first time we only came for one afternoon for sightseeing, second time we spent there three days and I must admit that 5 days would be great to stay and enjoy beaches, historical city centre at night is charming, new town is also great. Everything is close so you can walk everywhere. I really recommend it for anybody - young, couples, families with children of all ages even elderly. Everyone can find and enjoy something in there. One of the cities you would like to return to.
Rhodes Town
'A little piece of authentic Greece in a perfect location. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the centre of The Old Town. Every amenity at your doorstep, Old Town Elli Beach a short walk away also New Town nearby. The hotel is very eclectic and run by a lovely Greek Family who go out of their way to make you feel at home and help you with anything. you need. or advice and recommendations on nearby good restaurants etc. We as a family felt totally at home and relaxed here and will definitely stay here again.
Simply put, this place is amazing. The entrance and garden just make you feel special. We wanted to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and our last day in Rhodes, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to their honeymoon suite which was perfect and gorgeous, they even left a delicious cake for us . We were welcomed with cool refreshments, All the staff were super kind and really worked hard to make our stay as perfect as possible. They really gave the feeling that they care about your happiness in the hotel
Rhodes Town
Great host! George not only told us about where to park the car. He even held a parking spot for us with his scooter! He then carried our luggages on the scooter to the house. The room is very beautifully and uniquely decorated. It matches the knight island. It has everything you would need for home. Bed is the most comfortable one I have slept on during my 14-day trip at Greece. We wish we could stay longer! It will be one of our most memorable stay. Thank you for your hospitality George!
I have stayed in a number of hotels in Rhodes Town and this is far the best I have stayed in. The room was amazing clean, comfortable, fridge with bottle of water, coffee machine, hairdryer and had the best shower! Hosts were also amazing really friendly. We were able to drop our luggage off before check in time and they telephoned me when the room was ready. Location was great - in the middle of it all but not too noisy. I will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location at the Northern tip of Rhodes Town with access to the beaches on the Western (windy) and Eastern (more calm) sides of the island. Also, the hotel has a reasonable sized pool with a large area for sunbeds unlike many hotels in Rhodes Town. There is also a bar and restaurant at the pool. The sea and sunset views from the rooms are fantastic. The superior rooms on the top floors are renovated.
This is the friendliest hotel I have ever been to in Greece. Padimoss, is a true gent who will do anything to help you. Thanks for the blister band aids. Also a lovely 15 minute walk from Rhodes Town, don't get the taxi and pay 10 euros when you have the best walk in the world along the illuminated castle. Also a great local bar/bowling ally across the street with cheap beer , sport on TV and pool.
The hotel is in a great location in the new town and a 15 min walk to the harbour and beautiful old town. Our room was big and spacious and we were left lots of complimentary drinks and desserts when we checked in. All the staff are very friendly and extremely hard working. The all inclusive food had a great variety and lots of veggie options each day. 20 mins to the airport and waterpark
The property has been refurbished to a good standard and the location is perfect for access to the town centre, especially old town. The room we had was spacious and clean. Rania in reception was extremely helpful and the cleaners we met were cheerful and polite They say, “you get what you pay for” and this hotel was a cheap all inclusive.
The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance to both the old and new Rhodos, directly on the beach with clean see and services. Staff is friendly and supportive, the hotel is clean and the breakfast has a good variety of food. There is no dedicated parking, but plenty of space in the surrounding, at least in September.
A delightful hotel in Rhodes old town. The manager Theo was extremely welcoming and accommodating, recommending local restaurants to try and sights to see. The location was perfect for exploring the ancient sights of Rhodes and the delicious home cooked breakfast set us up for our days of exploring.
Old town Rhodes is so beautiful and is like no where you have ever stayed before. Chateau Anax was a cute quaint hotel with a great host who helped us get from the gates and in to our room. He was also available for help when needed.
Rhodes Town
The stay at Mitsis was perfect! The room was big enough for 3 people, all the restaurants at the hotel were all inclusive and very satisfying! The workers were kind and helpful. Thank you!
Clean and spacious rooms - true to the photos. The included buffet breakfast was great. Hotel is well located in Rhodes Town and we could walk to the Old Town, Beach & Harbour.
Rhodes Town
A very nice small family hotel in a quiet alley just off the main hustle and bustle of the old town of Rhodes, with a good AC and a small balcony with a view on the old town walls.
The breakfast was excellent. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel was perfect. We would like to stay here again when we go back to Rhodes.
Lovely hotel with nice rooms, very clean and the location was perfect. Will definitely be back when we visit Rhodes in the future.
