Everything amazing. Actually much better than I could’ve ever expected. The staff was so amazing and accommodating. The beach property and bar is such a great deal. The staff member attending the beach was so quick and went above and beyond daily. He also was so kind to others (our observation) and also wasn’t money-driven or trying to upsell like so many other places in Mykonos (unfortunately). We will be back!!

Exceptional service from the start. We were picked up from the ferry by the staff as a courtesy. Staff was super helpful and courteous. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It’s a short walk to town but the walk back is uphill so it’s not for those with mobility issues.

Five Star Experience! Best hotel stay I can remember. After a difficult day of travel with hours of flight delays and cancellations, Vencia immediately brought us peace and comfort. Thank you Harris and Zoe at front desk for taking such good care of us and giving us so much attention. To all the staff who smiled throughout and gave us first class service, thank you. Savvas at the pool bar, I love you brother. You’re the best. It’s great to have well-trained staff, but those at Vencia take it a step further because they are also great individuals who treat us personally and sincerely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay in Mykonos. Hotel is wonderful, pool is terrific, location is just right - very close to town where you can go enjoy the energy, but just far enough removed so you feel exclusive and restful. Loved the rooms, the facilities, service, amazing views (and sunsets). The infinity pool with its view overlooking town was perfect as were the cabanas and sunbeds with chill music playing at just the right volume. My kids are also still raving about the room service and strawberry milkshakes! Thank you Vencia, we will see you again. Greg and Family.

I absolutely adored every aspect of the hotel. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and the rooms were beautifully appointed. The services offered were impeccable, but who truly made my stay memorable. They cared for me with such warmth and friendly it felt like being with family. Even when I arrived very early, they made my check-in seamless by offering me a spa shower while my room was preparinge. This level of care and attention is why I confidently recommend this place and can't wait to return for another delightful stay!

Starting with a warm welcome to sweet farewell by the hotel owner George, he had great recommendations on places to go/eat/get around etc, him and his excellent team being super kind, polite, always smiling and helpful, even though the stay was smooth as butter without any issues whatsover. Location is great, nearby to Paradise beach, with the bus stopping just outside hotel door. Breakfast is every morning prepared fresh and yummy, served in a cozy hotel restaurant, surrounded by cute bar and relaxing beautiful pool. Lunch only managed to try once, was delicious too. Every day housekeeping kept room and common areas spotless clean and neat. Stayed there a week, and wished it was longer. Sincere thank you to owner George and his wonderful staff for amazing stay!

I love the STAFF of this hotel. 1) Our room cleaner - Antonetta - was exceptional. Everything was clean and in order. And she was very friendly. 2) Our pool bartender - Mirtho - she was excellent. She made amazing drinks and gave us a lot of recommendations. The cafe bartender - Stephano? was excellent too. The breakfast was quite very good (lots of meat - ham / sausage / eggs). We had a great time. The views and the pool are spectacular - get your 'pasarela' ready!
