This must have been the cleanest apartment we ever stayed in in Greece. The place has everything a family may need for a comfortable relaxing vacation. The beach (50 steps away) is quite nice, with both sandy and rocky parts, although the rocks are small and blunt, not dangerous in any way. There is a very long shallow in one part, and a deeper area in another part of the beach. No beach bars, just nature and not a very big crowd, even on weekends. The owners provide an amazing large sunbrella, several small ones as well. The apartment has four or five beach chairs and beds. Restaurants and small markets are 7 minutes walking, a larger market and fast food are a bit further away but reachable by car within a few minutes. There is always hot water and airco is in three rooms. There are two yards and a shared swimming pool.

The hotel is new, very clean, very confortable. We were expected by our frendly host with cold drinks in the fridge and some snacks, on the house. There's cleaning service included, too. Impeccable white towels and linen. Good air-conditioning. The pool is very nice, the water clean and warm, and there's good music, until about 10 -11pm. So, at night it is a quiet location, proper for a good sleep. The fact that there aren't any other buildings close by is a real advantage, because you can actualy feel the breeze of the sea reaching your balcony.

The beds were really comfy we slept really good and it wasn't hot during the night at all. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, AC works perfectly and the large fridge was appreciated. The hosts were amazing! Very helpful, kind and warm. We loved our stay at Avgerou Studios, even though the closest beach had a lot of sea weed, it is a small town, so you could go a bit further and find clear waters. The location makes it a great spot if you want to explore both peninsulas as well.
