I am very pleased.The place was very spacious. The mattress was very comfortable. It was new and clean. I loved the big kitchen that was very useful.

The location was really great – away from the main road and really peaceful. The hosts were helpful and easily reachable. They came almost daily to clean the property, and we usually found tomatoes and other vegetables from their own garden left for us. The kitchen has everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, a fridge plus an additional huge freezer, an oven, and several coffee machines. The furniture is a bit dated, but everything was comfortable and perfectly usable. There is only one AC unit in the living room, but it was more than enough to cool down the whole property. There is one bathroom for the whole house. We were a bit surprised at first by the water pressure (it was non-existent), but as soon as we asked the host, he showed us an additional water pump that needs to be switched on before taking showers. After that, the pressure was good. The garden itself was maintained with love. We had multiple encounters with hedgehogs and frogs during the evenings, and the kids were really excited. You can also park your car inside the property. The only negative I can think of is the mosquitoes in the region, but that's expected. Bring electric mosquito zappers (the ones that use tablets) and anti-mosquito sprays, we also recommend buying repellents from the local stores, as they seemed to work better than the ones we brought from home. We saw a significant reduction in mosquitoes after the fifth or sixth day of use. The other downside is the lack of restaurants/taverns in the village, so if you don't cook for yourself, you need to go to Mangana village, which is about 10 minutes away by car. If you're travelling with kids, the beaches nearby are perfect. The closest is the local beach at Neo Erasmio, which has shallow water, a single beach bar, and a huge free zone, we were always able to set up on the first line by the water, no matter what time we arrived.

House was exactly the same as the photos. Real authentic feel and very cozy. Location was great - few close beaches and village has all you need. The terrace was really nice for morning coffee and nice evening at home. Kitchen was fully equipped.

The very comfortable bed, nice towels and beautifully clean. Close to many fantastic beaches. Nicoletta is the best host, on arrival they offered us a meal which was delicious. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much Nicoletta.

One of the best hosts we have ever had. We felt very welcome from the beginning. They also prepared a delicious breakfast for us, as well as other local food surprises. The house is located 3 km from the very nice sandy beach. It is very clean, with a small garden with a table and chairs to have breakfast. It had a small kitchen with everything you need.

This is a great escape from crowded city. Do not expect this house to be an all-inclusive hotel. Instead it is great vacation home that ressembles a holiday at grandma's house
