We loved the space inside and out! Sitting under the night sky after a long day swimming and kayaking was wonderful. Its close proximity to the Marina Restaurant was great and we would definitely recommend the Hobo breakfast! Our host Rosin along with her beautiful home were so welcoming. We will definitely return for another stay.

We didn't like our stay. We loved it. It was a short staycation away from home. We went there to take a little breather from our busy lives and the place didn't disappoint. It was outdated, yes. But the paint of the building is something that wouldn't affect your stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The entire location is very serene. We'd definitely be back again.

The property managers were accommodating. My flight was canceled and had to show up the next day and i was able to maintain my reservation. The entire property is quiet and had no disturbances at all. Jack was awesome during check in. Wi-Fi is fast and the TV has all the streaming services. Washer and dryer on the back patio.

Great location in Tumon bay - you can see beautiful views and it’s perfect for snorkeling. There’s a park nearby to walk around and you can easily go to Ypao beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially JP at the beach house was attentive to guests and had a great knowledge of local culture experience recommendations.
