Wow! I am still in a positive shock! At a time when the whole world lacks a workforce, at Hotel Adriana, real gems are working. Not just one - more of them. The one that blew me away was the waitress Marina during breakfast. She was very busy, but this did not stop her from making sure that all of her guests were well taken care of. She smiles, makes eye contact with guests and genuinely care for guests. She also has an amazing service mindset and an understanding of what hospitality really is. The restaurant manager Martin and bartender Mate (I hope I did not mess up some names) were also very professional, and polite and smiled all the time. I noticed that Mate even paid attention while cleaning tables; he put cutlery very gently on the plate to prevent making a noise - wow - what attention to detail! Both ladies at the reception were fantastic: smiling, caring, informative, understanding... (sadly, I did not ask for their names and they are written in very small font that I cannot read). The guest relation manager Nela - fantastic! And I got this impression during just a one-night stay! Thank you all! As an ex-hotel manager, of course, I saw things that could be improved - but the approach, enthusiasm, smiles and mindset of the employees in this hotel, just blew me away and I am hardly waiting to come back. In addition - the position of the hotel, the terrace, the park, the sound of waves when you open the room balcony door, breakfast and dinner service, food.... super, super.

Excellent stay! The apartment was very clean, with confortable bads, modern nice design, exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a convenient coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The location was great with free parking place, and the host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again

I highly recommend this place. The surroundings are beautiful, and there is a really nice swimming pool with a spacious area around it. The cottages are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The owner, Sana, is very warm and friendly. The location is excellent — only 10 minutes from the center of Zadar.
