Apartments Iža Na Trem has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Čigoč. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and met all our requests with a happy smile. The apartment was very clean, beautifully presented with a historical feel. The kitchen had all that we needed. Would highly recommend this stay.
Rural Tourism is set in a 200-year-old cottage, which is part of the Croatia Cultural Heritage. The property is located in the center of Lonjsko Polje Nature Park. The house was beautiful and very authentic, over 200 years old with all original furniture! It is so rare to see things not modernised now- although the bathroom had been and facilities were excellent! The Ravlic family were so friendly and inviting, the food was incredible and so much of it home made including the wonderful goats cheese from Rosa the goat and lovely honey from the hives in the back field! Food was very reasonably priced including the local wine which was excellent and fabulous Turkish coffee! There was an amazing view being right across the from the lake and lovely walks in the area with great binoculars and maps included! Without air con the house was still very cool, 4 nights was a great time to explore the area and canoe, bike, swim and horse ride! Thank you so much 😊
Decorated with traditional wooden furniture and oak wood floors, the apartments at Ethno Village Stara Lonja feature LCD cable TV and well equipped kitchenette facilities. Everything. Location, setting, ambiance, houses, friendliness of hosts and food.
Located in Lonja, Pension Sava Turizam features a restaurant, garden and free WiFi. Featuring a tour desk, this property also provides guests with a playground. the location and the care with which the houses have been renovated, the silence, nice and interesting talks with the owner. I really liked my stay here, it's a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place, everything is well maintained and taken care of without overdoing it.
Cigoc was wonderful because the storks were there and we came especially to see them. The village is small but that's what we expected. The wooden houses are very quaint and we loved staying in one. We walked the different trails - quiet and peaceful. We had a full day and an afternoon and that was enough with the storks. There is only one restaurant so we had 2 dinners there- fine. We provided our own breakfasts and lunch bought from the minimart before arriving in Cigoc- no shop there.
Great place to view the first stork village in Europe. Very small village so it's peaceful but don't expect an active nightlife . It's not a party place. Best to have a car to fully appreciate the entire area and local nature parks
Very welcoming host and wonderful authentic wooden guesthouse. Great to come back to a wood fire in the stove in the evening. Very peaceful rural area, easy to rent bikes at the local tourist centre. Good economical restaurant just a short walk away. Next time we will go in the spring to see the storks. The old wooden houses were a pleasure to photograph. Yes, we would highly recommend this area for a taste of rural Croatia, especially Iza na term guesthouse.
