fantastic! the apartment is in it's own separate building, right on the edge of town overlooking the valley full of trees. It has a big patio, perfect for sunrise coffee and sunset wine :) It was also a good place to keep our two e bikes overnight. The apartment is well laid out, with lots of electrical outlets and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living area. The host is great, really friendly and kind, full of information. His collection of homemade liqueurs was really impressive!!

The place is even better than it looks in pictures. Everything is very clean and tidy. The garden, pool and surrounding areas are extremely well kept and provide for a perfect atmosphere with a feeling of privacy and open spaces at the same time. The owners are extremely attentive and kind. 5 stars overall, especially in the value for money. There are tons of things to explore around the area, starting with Hum, the nature nearby, the springs at Kotli and the nearby town of Roč. Perfect getaway destination. We will definitely be back.

This house is a perfect place to retreat a little from the world, to not have to worry about anything for a moment. This house is just perfect: with charm, warmth, furnished with care and the right mix between old and new, practical equipment and modern appliances. It can be noted: nothing is missing! The four stars are not by chance: as in the hotel, everything is there. What is best here? It is impossible to highlight anything: Pool, heat cabin, whirlpool, barbecue area, the comfortable sunbeds in front of the house or by the pool, the wine cellar, the super kitchen, the comfortable beds, that every room can be air-conditioned. It is perfect. In addition, with Jasna there is a perfect, loving hostess. She is always approachable, gives great tips, whether excursion, dog beach, restaurant, or hiking. We felt completely comfortable and in good hands during this vacation.

You can see all of Hum in half a day, but it was so wonderful to stay overnight after the tourists had left. Don’t miss the museum, it was one of the most creative ones we saw in Croatia. Simply beautiful place.

Hum is a great spot to base yourself to explore the Istrian peninsula, give yourself time. Hum is a fascinating little town - two streets, two churches, one with 13 century frescos. Humska konoba is a great spot to eat, delicious food, hearty servings and a wonderful view.

I hope Hum can be as authentic as it is now.

I hope Hum can be as authentic as it is now. There is only 1 restaurant, with people in it, who are so passionate about the food they can bring. It is not what we Belgians are used to eat, but it is the old Istrian cuisine. Here we got what we were looking for! it was just amazing simplicity! LOVE IT

A place with a great atmosphere and fantastic views from every angle. The number of day tourists was manageable during our stay, and from late afternoon onwards, it was blissfully quiet. The only konoba (tavern) offered a concise menu with tasty dishes.
