Lux Hotel Pansion offers accommodations with free WiFi in Jablanac. Free parking is included. Each room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels. The rooms have a private bathroom. Very friendly stuff that offers great service, same for the restaurant! Especially (native) german speakers can benefit from the stuff - nearly everybody speaks more or less german - better than english (which fits to the average tourist there I guess). Average-low prices for meals at the restaurant - the ones that we ordered tasted perfect!
Located in Jablanac in the Lika-Senj County region, Apartment Stinica 31b features accommodations with free private parking. Nice view from the terrace, friendly owners providing complementary white wine and lavender, well equiped for cooking and staying.
A place with a dark past (look it up on Wikipedia, and don't forget your donations to them), and never having recovered fully after Jugoslavia splitting up, it is now a welcome point of refuge from the more crowded coastal spots. Hiking and swimming are the best options for spending a few relaxing days.
Nice little place with a stunning view from the balcony. The sunset and sunrise are breathtaking. Suza and her husband are nice persons, they will give you the information you need to spend the holidays you are there for.
The apartment was actually in Stinica not Jablanac which was fine, Stinica is where the ferry to Rab goes from so ferries are coming and going all day but not an issue where apartment is located. STinica has only a basic shop but food van comes each day with grocery basics, if you want to get out and about would suggest you need own transport and then there are lots of places to go to. We self catered the whole week getting food before we arrived and when we went out, there is only one place to eat in at Stinica.
Very small but beautiful little village. You can swim anywhere you find a path to reach the sea, next to the village you can walk on the stony shore 15 mins and you'll find a beautiful fjord-like place where you can swim and dive (and find the old WWII german shunken ship).
