It is in separate building, so there aren't any other people than you and your family. It has everything you need to spend great vacation, especially a shaded tarace with a blank spot, when you can take the sunbath. To the closest beach is about 1-2 minutes by foot. Ante and his family are nice and helpful hosts. If you need it they are always willing to help you.

Jadria is small village near big touristic centers like Vodice or Sibenik. Who have problem with car driving, then can use Boats for visiting Sibenik. The beach is clean with small rock and lot of space without many tourist. This location is also very quiet who preffer quietly vacation.

Jadrija is a quiet beach resort near Sibenik.
Jadrija is a quiet beach resort near Sibenik. It is usually reached by car but during the holiday season there is a ferry which runs 11 times back and forth 22 times in total. The last one back from Sibenik was 20.25 this year. This did mean we had to cut some of our day trips a little shorter in order to get back for the last ferry. There is a gentle sloping beach. It is rocky and there are sea urchins so you will need aqua shoes. I stayed there and used it as a base to go on day trips but had two perfectly lovely sessions on the beach 100m away from our apartment. There are about 3 bars, a couple of restaurants and bakeries and one small supermarket so you won't starve. I only heard 3 other English voices when I was there and 1 was my partners. This was absolutely not an issue for me as most of the people in the bakeries, cafes, shops etc spoke good English. If you walk away from the ferry landing area along the beach you will find a little windsurfing business. They also run a cafe and are happy for you to sit in their deckchairs for the price of a drink :) Jadrija lovely place.
