The hotel is brand-new and super well equipped with all that can be dreamed of. The breakfast is freshly prepared and selections can be made on a menu which will be swiftly served. When sunny the top level offers a terrace with nice view and the chance for sun. Staff is very helpful and when I arrived I didn't now about the parking procedure, but it's easy as all is valet parking and no extra fee and you can get hold of your car any time. The location is close the central pedestrian zone of the city and you need to be brave enough to drive up the street until you see the hotel drive-in. The bar is well equipped and bar-keepers are looking after you. If one wish is free - Beer on the tap would be nice to have instead of bottles only, but that is a problem in Zagreb in general.

This is one truly five star hotel. Beautiful rooms, comfortable, warm, clean, big enough and designed with a style. Restaurant is also lovely and tasty. Spa is extra. Parking is provided and location of the hotel is perfect, close to the center and in the quiet area. This will be my hotel in Zagreb.

Great stuff, Adnan, he answered all the questions asked, recommended where to go. the hotel is in the very center of the action in Baščaršija. we will absolutely be back and recommend. we had a great time. if you need parking, make arrangements ahead of time and Adnan always arranges it for you, even if you go out with your car to wander around the city and its surroundings.
