Great and relaxing place located on the hill in a forest...
Great and relaxing place located on the hill in a forest area. It is possible to reach the village only by car or by bike. The beach is sandy, the kids loved it. The beach is free of charge, the parking fee is correct (20 KN per day). We have tried a local bar with traditional Croatian fast food (a camper van with tables and TV next to the main road) and a fancy bistro close to the beach. Risika is a great starting point to bike tours too.

From $56 per nightIt was as we wanted, quiet village, close to the sandy beach for our 2yrs child :), clean and spacious apartment with all amenities, large terrace to relax at noon while little one was sleeping :). Owners very friendly, they speak good English and German. They live on the ground floor, but you will not notice they are there, unless you have questions or need help :). Risika is maximum 30 mins by car to everything on the island; also 5 min to beautiful Vrbnik, where we also found a good restaurant Ulika Grill near Katunar Winery.

From $61 per nightRisika has a very favorable location. You can reach many hot spots like Silo, Malinksa, Krk, Punat, or Baska within few minutes. There are also some wonderful bays you must have seen in the surrounding area. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. My wife, my daughter and I stayed there for almost three weeks.
