Everything was fine. The apartment was clean and nicely furnitured. Communication with the host is easy and they're very helpful. I have been there for the hillclimb in Buzet so the location was also perfect for me.

The room rate comparing to the quality of the place is really reasonable. Tranquility of this place is unmatched. I managed to complete tasks of my PhD thesis in just three days, tasks that would have taken me a month elsewhere. Sitting and relaxing while listening to the sounds of birds, donkeys, and cows was incredibly relaxing for me. Although the amazing room facing the field was occupied when I checked in, my room was still lovely and nice. The entire place is charming, with a spacious bathroom and wonderful hosts. I didn't get to meet the owner and his wife since they were on vacation, but their daughter was very welcoming and attentive. They even checked daily if I needed fresh towels. The breakfast is delightful, especially the yogurt which like most of their food comes from their farm. Some guests have complained about the smell of animals but I found it to be not issue.at all. It actually adds to the feeling of being on a relaxing lovely farm. During my stay, the moon was almost full and sitting outside at night under the bright moon and clear starry sky was an extraordinary experience. By the way , don't miss having dinner on their resturant by the time before sunset .It's an amazing atmosphere to dine in by that time in front of the farm field with delicious food at reasonable prices. I would even recommend their restaurant by that time to anyone even if they are not staying at the farm. I highly recommend this place.

This was our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first! The apartment is spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The free Nespresso coffee machine with its fantastic selection of capsules was a real treat every morning! The washing machine was super convenient. The location is ideal for climbers, with fantastic climbing spots just a few minutes away. We can’t wait to return for our third visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Roč.

Appreciate a good communication with our noce host. Appartment was very nice and I was suprised by its size. Well equipped. Very nice surroundings - terrace and balcony, flowers outside, also Roč is very nice village, surranded by the walls and you are in the historical center, but you can also park in the front of the appartment. I can say only possitives about it.

Fantastic place! The hosts are friendly and kind. The apartment is fully equipped and sparkling clean. The view is amazing, the terrace is adorable. The apartment is a good starting point for star tours. Roc is a charming little town. We travel a lot, we've been to a lot of places, this apartment is one of the best.

Owners are super nice people, we were welcomed with homemade muffins and were very helpful during our stay. The apartment is nice, spacious, with the beautiful garden it really feels like home. Location is excellent, Roc is a lovely little town, the nature surrounding it is beautiful.
