It felt warm and inviting, like you were being welcomed into someone's home, while also feeling like a luxurious getaway - hard balance to achieve, but every detail felt intentional. YOU WILL NOT REGRET. Everything is beautiful, people are lovely, property is really clean, you have everything you need, air con, free wifi, and anything else you can think of. Decent size for a family of 5 but you can fit easily 6 persons +1 baby as i had even 2 extra beds. Family is lovely, peaceful place, great community, amazing independence day celebrations. i totally recommend it. you will not regret. I love Croatia, Porec city is amazing as well just 15 min from property to get to the beach with the car. Shops as well 10-15 min with car if you want to do big shopings, restaurants few min walk from property.

The location is among olive groves and vineyards in the town of Barat, 2 km from Višnjan. A very beautiful and well-kept area of several stone villas. We also met the owner, who is very friendly and flexible. The villa is really great, everything is clean and tidy down to the smallest details. The house has everything you need, from dishes, towels, bedding... We enjoyed the pool with the children, even though it was already mid-September. One of the best accommodations so far, we will definitely be back. Thank you Erwin :).

Visnjan is a peaceful village, including supermarket and 2 restaurants, away from the overcrowded coastal area. Silvano is a great host and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us finding a mechanic for our car and gave excellent tips for highlights in the area, where to park your car and some nice beaches.
The swimming pool is great during the summer, especially for the kids. I strongly recommend his place!

The hotel is absolutely stunning – luxurious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, adding a sense of calm and comfort that elevated our entire stay. The food and drinks at the bistro were phenomenal – every bite and sip was a delight. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is peaceful and unique.

The house was very clean and the facilities were excellent. We had good weather so spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor area. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the little well being room was a treat on the day it rained. Medina, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Visnjan is a delightful little town and is a really good base to explore the area from.

This is a spectacular house! Well equipped, luxurious, contemporary designed, and located in picturesque surroundings of the town of Višnjan. Hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, and breakfast is nothing short of the one in 5-star hotels! It was the best weekend getaway we could imagine.
