Wow - just a wonderful location. Right on the water with private swimming area. Lunch on the terrace was superb. We had a balcony room overlooking the ocean - just peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend. Very helpful staff at reception with organizing the on site car parking (essential in Summer months).

Wonderful location right by the sea, with the soothing sound of the waves from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly. A great place to relax and enjoy the seaside atmosphere.

I loved it all! From the check in till the check out!! Clean and designed room with a personal touch- champagne and fresh fruits on arrival/nespresso/coffee/milk....The Spa was absolutely worth it! The lady who works there is so nice and very professional! Her aromatherapy massage was a dream!!🥰While there,don t miss out on their restaurant!! Delicious fish soup and homemade tagliatellas with shrimps made our evening!! Breakfast a la carte! What do you need more!! Greetings to the staff at the reception! You re all amazing!!

High quality environment with professional staff, perfect location And top notch services

The girl on reception was very polite and accepted my request to move from 10th floor to 4th as the high was unpleasant for me. It is very important for us customers to have a comfortable stay especially as I am working online from my room.

I stayed here for three nights from 30 December to 2 January and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has a charming, elegant atmosphere that perfectly matches the character of Opatija. The location is excellent — close to the seaside promenade, restaurants, and main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. What impressed me most, however, was their outstanding customer service. There was a small misunderstanding regarding a refund, and the hotel team responded quickly, kindly, and patiently while we clarified the situation. Their willingness to help and their professional attitude left a very positive impression. It’s rare to find a hotel where both the accommodation and the service quality are equally excellent. Because of this experience, I can confidently say I will gladly book this hotel again the next time I visit Opatija. Highly recommended!!

Very nice people working at the completely renovated hotel. Very nice rooms with balcony and wonderful sea view. Alle renovated pool and spa, with never saw so beautiful saunas. That’s why I stay and these complex a couple of times every year since 20 years

We liked everything from first minute of check-in to the last minute of check-out. Stuff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The SPA was fantastic, we enjoyed a pool where we can swim during the hottest hours but most of all we liked Finish sauna. Also we enjoyed the treatments, facial and massages. The breakfast was excellent and starting day with prosecco felt luxurious. The room was not big but good size, AC worked properly, no problems with overheating. Location was fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. We already decided to be back next year.
