Staying at Rudy Trekker Guest House was the perfect start to my Rinjani adventure. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and well cared for. The check-in was smooth, and they immediately helped me prepare for my trek with clear explanations, tips, and a genuine concern for my safety and comfort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what you need before taking on a challenging hike. The hot shower and air conditioning were a blessing, and the bed gave me a truly restful night’s sleep. Their restaurant serves delicious local food, and the pool with jungle views is a wonderful bonus to relax before or after trekking. What impressed me most, however, was the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the team. They made sure I had everything I needed, patiently answered all my questions, and checked that I felt confident and safe before starting the climb. I never felt like just another guest; I felt genuinely looked after. If you’re planning to trek Rinjani, I can’t recommend Rudy Trekker enough. Their warmth, professionalism, and care for both guests and the mountain make them stand out in every way.

Such a good and nice place to stay. I choose Rumah Kawan because of the the garden as my mom loves gardening. This place is spacious, clean and calming. The owners were very welcoming towards us. At first I booked room with 2 single beds but Mba Tina upgraded our room to the king size bed and help us get additional bed. We even got adviced before go to the waterfall. The breakfast is good and we were served with fruits too. Even though there's some small incidents happen that night, Mba Tina was very helpful and accepted our advice wisely. We appreciated it. Overall, everything's good. Thank you Mba Tina and husband. Hope to meet you again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
