The room was spacious with a nice layout. I also loved the environmentally friendly toiletries and the glass water bottles instead of plastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. both check‑in and check‑out were super quick. The buffet breakfast was great. The location is perfect too, with direct access to the mall.

I was given a ‘garden view’ room… it was practically part of the taxiway for the aircraft that landed on southern runway. Absolutely fantastic. The view from my bed was incredible. The staff were amazing — I got a considerably late check-out and the Sate dish for lunch was one of the best I have ever had. Bravo Sheraton Soekarno!
