Without a doubt, this is a brand-new hotel deserve 10 as its offering the best location in Bekasi. Its direct access to the mall makes it incredibly convenient—you won’t need to go anywhere else, as everything you could possibly need is right around you: restaurants, shops, entertainment, and daily essentials. I stay there 5 nights, The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and genuinely welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality truly stands out. Thank you to Ferty, Dhira, Hari, Hilman I’ve stayed in both Central and South Jakarta before, but this hotel is now at the top of my list. It offers a refreshing alternative with far less hassle and more comfort. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially when compared to hotels in central Jakarta. You get outstanding value for money—modern facilities, a prime location, and great service, all at a competitive rate. Highly recommended

The fact that it is a new hotel all complain are attended to and rectified promptly. The staff from the counter and all are so helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is surrounded by gourmet outlet and kids biggest playground which is a plus for family with kids.
