It was a wonderful stay! Samy and Tisiya took great care of us, the food was delicious, and the boat rides were fun! The house was clean, with a comfortable bed and crisp white linens! There's a fascinating coral reef right next to the house, with lots of large corals and fish. The deserted white beach, the jungle, the birdsong—we loved it all! I highly recommend this homestay; you'll have a wonderful vacation surrounded by beauty and care!

As good as it gets in Raja Ampat. The owner is super friendly, he can facilitate everything for you and we truly felt welcome at this homestay. It’s clean, the food is good and the location is top! The best diving school is a partner and we went diving everyday with them every day, nothing to complain about.

Simply the best homestay we visited in Raja Ampat, it has an extra touch overs the other homestays: walking paths are well kept, every room has it's water outside, the restaurant deck on the water is wonderful, rooms are new with a mesmerizing view. House reef is one of the best we have seen in RA (just pay attention to the currents!). Moreover Mario is an excellent host and helps create a great atmoshpere, he has several boats and offers the chepeast tours around.

The owner and all the staff were very kind and friendly. The bedroom was very spacious and clean, built with high-quality, sturdy materials. The decor was beautiful, and the view was amazing. There was a USB charger in the bedroom which was convenient for charge your mobile and camera. Electricity was available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and throughout the resort. The private bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was very strong. The housel reef was stunning—you could spend an entire week exploring it. Highly recommended!!

You know how people only ever write a review when an experience was either truly bad or exceptionally good. Well, this review will be an exceptionally good one. It was our first time in Raja Ampat, let alone Indonesia. Eddo Homestay was our first accommodation and we had low expectations from what we generally read about accommodations in Raja Ampat and because it was a newly built place with few reviews. However, our expectations were exceeded. The first thing I wanna highlight is the hospitality, kindness and service of all the staff there. I especially want to mention Acho, the guy who manages the Homestay and took care of anything we needed. The first two days we were the only two guests at the Homestay and had the best experiences. Acho personally went snorkeling with us at Yenbuba Jetty, took us to a Sandbank, to Sauwandarek Village and Arborek. He was pretty much our personal guide and we enjoyed every single minute of it. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our "wishes" / requests, no matter what it was about (excursions, food, more data for our sim card, etc.). He would also always sit with us for every meal, talk to us, share about life in Indonesia. It was like hanging out with your older brother. They also tried their best to offer a variety of different foods each day. For breakfast we had toast, fried eggs, pancakes, Nutella, jam, cheese and one day (upon our request) even Avocado. For lunch and dinner it's mostly rice but always with either fish, meat, vegetables, salad, etc. And always delicious. Our highlight were the chocolate chip cornflakes with cold fresh milk though. The cabins were very spacious with a double bed and mosquito net, a couch, a little closet area with hangers and a fan. The bathroom was huuuge and beautifully designed. Each cabin has a terrace with two lounge chairs where we mostly hung out. We had everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, the cabins, the restaurant, everything.

The Family is super nice and will help you in every situation. The prices are more than fair compared to other Homestay. We often felt cheated and taken advantage of in other homestays when it came to pricing, but not there. It was really personal and felt like home to us. The family really cared about us. Fikki knows every corner of the area and has a good sense of finding special underwater animals. All trips around his island where FOR FREE. Like snorkeling and so on. He is a very good fisherman, he knows where to go to find the big fishs. The food is super delicious and very much. You will never be hungry. The place has no Wifi but a very strong Telekomsel 4G signal. Right in front of the bungalow are sharks and a lot of fish schools. It’s never getting boring there. It’s also a good choice if you want to go diving but won’t spend money staying in a dive lodge. At the other side of the island there is one and you can join for diver trips. There you can find starlink wifi as well (and some nice softdrinks). We have to say it’s by far the best Homestay we’ve stayed. We alsmost spent 3 weeks in Raja and had a lot of homestays. But nothing compares to that place. You will have a nice bathing with a western shower! Fikki also speaks a basic English and he is good in understanding. For sepical needs just use offline translation and that works perfectly.

Excellent homestay. Great food, friendly family and we really liked the quality of the bungalows. Donna and Jelms speak English , which makes communication much easier than some other places in Raja Ampat. We had an issue with an overbooking for one of our nights, but they informed us promptly, and then did all to accommodate a good alternative stay for one night nearby. Don’t miss snorkelling in the area, there are some excellent spots.

Can't recommend this place enough. Wonderful rooms, the best food of my entire trip in raja ampat, and a super accommodating family that really went out of their way to show us the best things to see all at a fair price. Saw whales, dolphins, manta rays, turtles, sharks and plenty of incredible wildlife all close by.

The view from our room was fantastic! The rooms are generously sized, comfortable and clean. We had our own provide deck to enjoy the view. The food was delicious and generous. All the staff and kids were so friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend.

As I arrived in the homestay the people were very friendly and super funny. All what I have asked for was possible and they made my wish come true. What I found very special is that I have asked to stay one day less to be able to catch my ferry right on time. I got the money for one night back. This would be impossible in my county! The rooms are very comfortable with clean sheets and enough space for lots of luggage. Especially the staff made a very good impression on me. It was obvious to see that the team has a good relation, also they have contacts to other islands for special needs. The diving was very good, too. So much to see under the water. Always happy faces during the whole stay.
