We had an amazing 4 days stay there. First of all the guesthouse is super well located just next to the beach where the public ferry drops you. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need as you are anyway often outside exploring Bunaken. Most of all, the food was purely amazing, everyday different, refined in taste and generous in quantity. I wish we could stay more !

This place was so great! We were apprehensive when booking because it had no reviews but on arrival learnt that this was because they had literally just opened and we were their first customers. Sindia and Sinthia were the kindest hosts, so accommodating to our dietary requirements with some of the nicest cooked meals we've had all trip. The room was clean with fully functioning AC (much needed in Bunaken) and the view from the bedroom/balcony was incredible. We stayed at two places during our stay at Bunaken and this one was by far the best. Very excited to see how this place develops, we'll definitely be back next time we're in town

Before coming, I was surprised by the overall rating of 10. But now I understand why! Very friendly atmosphere. The room has all that you need : a good bed, clean beddings, a mosquito net without holes (!) and large enough to cover the full bed easily (!), a fan, a mirror, a table and chair. The bathroom (showerhead, western toilets) is outside the room, just like in a normal European house ;) Free water, coffee, tea, and we were often offered a snack in the afternoon, so kind! Erick is very friendly and will do his very best for you to feel at home. He can arrange activities (day/night snorkeling, fishing) and can also recommend a very professional dive center. Breakfast is included. The pancakes were delicious! His aunt is a great cook, you can have excellent dinners for a fair price. The guesthouse is located more "inside" the village, which was appreciated because it added to the tranquility and authenticity of the place. The neighborhood was friendly. And don't worry, you are only 3 minutes walking from the beach, so you still get to see the sunsets anyway ;) Erick and his aunt have found a very good balance between being welcoming and letting guests have privacy. You quickly get to feel that you are in your own home! We extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights, and Erick offered us a very good price as we talked directly with him!

Vera and Gerard exceeded all of our expectations . Their service, their food, and their hospitality was something we have never experienced before. They are so accommodating to all travel needs as well as giving us the most authentic experience. The food was out of this world, Vera is an excellent cook. We were very well fed throughout the whole stay. We also rented their Scooters and spent a day on the boat snorkeling with Gerard. They showed us around, we visited their shop and did so many more things. A trip that will never be forgotten, highly recommended to everyone.
