The resort is stunning. On a hill overlooking the sea, multiple islands and lots of wave breaks. The infinity pool is perfectly placed to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The staff and owners at the resort are lovely people. We drank into the night with the owner one night and he told us amazing stories about the building of the resort, the local area and customs. Everyone we dealt with, without fail, were excellent at their jobs and friendly. For breakfast, there was a substantial and high quality breakfast of included items, and then there were some additional options which you could pay extra for. What you get for free will more than suffice, but we tried some of the extras and these were also delicious. The breakfast burrito was excellent.

Mr Sollo Sollo aka Ade is the best host anyone could have! He showed us around, took us to his friend that has a coconut tree field and we drank the most delicious coconuts ever, gave us tips about things to do around his hometown and island and even invited us to a family celebration that included nice chats and tasty delicacies! The homestay itself is nice and cozy! It's a whole house and feels more like a hut! We spent lots of time on the "balcony" and the hammocks were super comfortable! The kitchen and the bathroom are super basic but adequate! There is a mosque quite close so getting a pair of earplugs is a must for an uninterrupted night's sleep. Super charming place, it’s simple but very good location close to all surf spots and restaurants. The owner is super responsive and helpful and the internet worked great - I was able to do remote work (using heavy data). I actually loved it so much I wanted to extend my stay.
