Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

I always stay here when in Surabaya. This is a beautiful old world hotel, with fantastic vintage furniture in beautiful and huge rooms with lovely decor and with all mod cons, and is situated bang in the middle of Surabaya. Checkin is swift and easy, and the staff are well trained and courteous. This is by no means the cheapest high end place in Surabaya but, without a doubt, it is the best value for what you get. And it is the most historical, interesting and the best located hotel. Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.
