Breakfast not so many. Just ok

Big quiet room with comfortable clean beds, good warm shower. The hotel is a bit older but its well kept. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially receptionist Jonathan, who gave us an early check inn. Also dinner was good.

The staff was so nice! Every single person in the staff team deserves a big thank you. I liked the room, bed, cleaning services, very good wifi, location was awesome too. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect - cleanliness, comfort, staff, huge windows in the room, and the place was simply wonderful - views of the mountains and mysterious temples.

We’re at the hotel only 1 night and have a flight at 7pm and the receptionist (Hime) might the name let us have a late check out at 3pm for free, we’re so happy 🙏 thanks so much though Also breakfast so very nice lots of choices

Great bed, shower had really good pressure, breakfast was incredible. Staff were friendly and welcoming, super handy to the mall and to see the sunset. Room was spacious with water refill available on our floor. It was great!

I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us. Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits. One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly. I highly recommend this property.

The room is quite good, Chinese style.

Large property, isolating us from street noise and pollution. Facilities well designed around pool and artificial lagoon. Restaurant with local food adapted to western palates. Good breakfast buffet. But first of all the well trained and friendly staff.

Good value-for-money ratio. The rooftop restaurant is great with good food and cold beer.

Nice hotel close to the harbour, friendly and helpful staff

The room was spacious, quite clean, fitted with a comfortable bed, air-con and warm-water shower. There are a few street food places and restaurants nearby, and the main market and public boats to Pulau Bunaken are a short walk away.

Good location in mall. At least sea view rooms were quiet. Good breakfast even though mostly local. Very friendly staff.
