The villas are very beautiful and comfortable. They have everything you could need and are spotlessly clean. The pool is wonderful. All the staff are lovely people, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Ricky in particular is doing an excellent job. He’s such a kind guy, always making sure everything is perfect and that we feel comfortable. He helped us with absolutely everything (scooter rental, tips on places to visit nearby, taxi to the airport, etc.). We’re very grateful to have met him. We extended our stay for two more days to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer :)

Lovely quiet spot, nice rooms. Restaurant on site. Warm friendly staff. Location is about 15mins out of town which can make it difficult to travel as a group. Drivers charge 150k one way travel. They offer scooter rental but not car. Car rental at Super Bajo Rental about 5 min away. Would stay again. It is also outside the free pick up zone for komodo cruise.

The breakfast omelettes were delicious. No I (staff member) allowed us to store drinks & some food in their fridge, which we appreciated.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! We got caught in a rainstorm the night before and had wet clothes when checking out, they stored our luggage for us for the day and hung our clothes to dry for us while we were gone! So kind and helpful even though our stay had finished. The location was good, it’s an easy walk into town and the room was very comfortable. Excellent shower with very hot water and good pressure which is rare to find!

Clean room, excellent location. Special thanks to administrator Elsa, who helped to arrange all the activities! Without her we would not have had such a perfect stay in Labuan Bajo!

room was worth the price. as what shown in the picture. Walking distance from the airport and there's a restaurant above the hotel with nice foods. Will stay here again if visiting LBJ

Staff (Special mention to Ervin, he couldn't of been more helpful and polite 👍) , room, pool and location was great.

First of all, Osin, the head receptionist and a fantastic concierge, was our guiding light at the hotel and made our stay an even better experience! The hotel is wonderful. They offered us a free room upgrade, and the facilities are excellent – pool, restaurant, breakfast, etc. :)

Loved our stay here(october 2024)...don't get the bad reviews over here cause everything was perfect. The owner has been a fantastic host!!He is a lovely hardworking man and he really goes the extramile to help you!!Staff always with a smile on their face🙂 They have a free pick up and drop from airport + dropped us to the city and back when needed(also free) We rented a bike and explored the local places nearby....the bikes are brand new Breakfast was omelette,rice,noodles,butter jam bread,tea and coffee. Room are spacious,AC working really well.Hot shower.Daily cleaning and 2 bottled water every day. Would come back here for sure!!!!

We stayed at Pavilla for 1 night and it was really nice. The staff is super friendly and taught us more about Flores and the culture. Our friend got sick and they allowed us to stay longer even after the check-out time so she could rest. I would really recommend this hotel!
