It was an absolute joy to stay at Toine and Mega’s. The location is as it’s shown with peaceful, uninterrupted views of the plantation - add in spectacular songbird and the sound of the stream gushing below the property - so relaxing. The tent is beautifully fitted out with coffee/tea set-up and interesting details crafted in bamboo by Toine himself - check out the toilet roll holder in the open air bathroom! Walking through the rice fields and the village with Toine and Mega gave us the opportunity to witness daily life in Bali, not just as tourists but as visitors. Toine and Mega are received with smiles and open arms wherever they go and are doing some amazing work supporting their community.
