It was just amazing. The huts were nice & cosy & comfortable. The communal facility was very good, with good facilities & a log fired stove. The next morning Mary had a lovely selection of freshly home made breads, fruits, yoghurts, fresh organic eggs, but the highlight for us was the amazing freshly foraged mushrooms was such a treat, provided by Mary, it was very thoughtful, you don't get that anywhere. An amazing place, will return again.

For my travel purposes, this apartment worked out very well. It was nice having a place to myself for a reasonable price. All walking distance to groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, river, etc. Convenient parking. Town was very friendly, and Eoin and his wife were great hosts! The place was clean and comfortable. Drive to Kilkenny was easy, and I enjoyed being located outside the city. Photos are from when I took a stroll in the area.

Loved everything the room was spotless, beds were so comfortable and the pillows so soft we had a great sleep. The food was beautiful and service quick. Breakfast selfservice and excellent The rooms were off in sections and you could here a pin drop it was so quiet tg that's what I love. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Wonderful relaxing break away. Deffs recommend and look forward to staying again. at some point Lovely grounds to walk around also.
