well we stayed in a beautiful guest house Lahiffs bay view...
well we stayed in a beautiful guest house Lahiffs bay view guest house (highly recommended) which was fairly central to many beautiful towns villages and stunning beaches we were within a short drive of the cliffs of more to the Burren , Doolin Pier and many more well worth a trip and a stay

Spanish Point has an A1 beach...my personal favourite in...
Spanish Point has an A1 beach...my personal favourite in ireland. Ideal for water sports. We love body boarding and the waves are perfect for that.
Golf course is a lovely 9 hole links. For 55e you can play 18 holes (go around twice). Great value when you consider how much you'd have to fork out for Lahinch or Doonbeg. Lovely staff there too.

Mainly ideal location for surfing, has a large area of sand when tide is out but to access you need to go down steps. There are rocks that can be explored for rock pools. Limited catering facilities in the beach area however there is free car parking over looking the bay.

I loved how quiet, simple, and rugged the landscape is.
I loved how quiet, simple, and rugged the landscape is. Milltown Malbay is perfectly gentle, sweet, and wonderful to explore for a day or two. The swimming is wild and next level Irish. The Cliffs of Kilkee are just as miraculous as the Cliffs of Moher, and free.

Beautiful beach and countryside. The beach has lifeguards on duty and also a good quality public toilet and free beach parking. Some good to excellent pubs and restaurants in Spanish Point, but be aware that it may be worth booking as there are not many. However, there are some other pubs and restaurants in nearby Quilty and loads in Miltown Malbay (5 km away). All shopping needs covered in Miltown Malbay. Very nice spot for a wedding, family celebration, etc..

Its in a beautiful seaside setting with lots of walks.
Its in a beautiful seaside setting with lots of walks. Miltown Malbay is nearby just a five minute drive where you can visit other pubs and eateries. We also visited beautiful Liscannor and Doolin. We gave the Cliffs of Moher a miss as it looked extremely crowded.

Spacious, well-furnished single storey cottage in the centre of Spanish Point. Very convenient for weddings at the local hotel, and for the beach. Contrary to the property description which stated that there was no wi-fi,, the property has good wi-fi and Internet connection.
We did good days out to Cliffs of Moher and Bunratty Castle.

Our rooms were very comfortable. We booked two together and we were opposite each other. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. It is a lovely quiet hotel and was perfect for our family. I was also able to charge my car the next morning which is a huge bonus. Thank you!
