We had the most incredible time at Biazi Hotel from March 19th to 23rd in the wonderful English Cake room. The room was bright, spacious, and boasted a balcony with the most amazing views of the city and the Supreme Court. And let's talk about the cleanliness - it was absolutely spotless! Every time we left the room and returned in the evening, it was like walking into a brand new room. It was like magic! But what really made our stay unforgettable were the owners - Talia, Yoel, and Mimi. These wonderful people welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. Their warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. We left with hearts full of love and joy, and the happiest memories that we will cherish forever.

The hotel itself is very nice and well kept, and in a very convenient location (walking distance to old town). Room was spacious, well equipped and quiet, we got a good nights rest. Breakfast next morning was also really nice. Finally I would like to highlight the excellent service/attention we received by the staff/owner, who helped us out with a serious unexpected issue that we had, and did their best to save our trip.

We had an excellent stay at the Levant Hotel in Jerusalem. The location is outstanding: the hotel is situated very close to the Damascus Gate, making it an ideal base for exploring the Old City and its surroundings, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel itself is brand new, modern, and very comfortable. Our room was well-designed, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The staff truly made a difference. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. Any request we had was handled immediately and with genuine kindness, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfasts were abundant, fresh, and exceptionally healthy, with a great variety of options to start the day in a balanced and enjoyable way. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel in a prime location, combining comfort, tranquility, excellent service, and a brand-new atmosphere.
