The staff was courteous and smiling. The food was excellent and had a touch of homely food. The Chef's preparations were mouth watering and tasty. The room was simple yet clean and hygienic and comfortable.The surrounding and environment around was serene... beautiful and lovely. The view from the room was nice. Would come back again for sure.

The hospitality from all the staff especially Divya sujith and Vanya Does not have too many rooms so it's a more intimate setting The property itself is beautiful with lovely views The food was great!! Kudos to the chef... The amount of food they served with every meal was insane Everyone went an extra mile to help you feel like you were home

We enjoyed our stay in the Serai with family. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable. Mr.Shekhar who took us on the safari and nature walk was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our coracle and boating experience. Would recommend this place to everyone

Excellent staff, location, food and the works. Really good stay overall. Nestled in nature and perfect for a getaway. Would highly recommend this property. Too bad the safari was shut when i visited else this would be 11/10
