United StatesThe room was very clean and nice - up to Western standards, which made it an excellent choice for the money. I had a very disappointing experience elsewhere in India at the beginning of my trip, so this was a very pleasant surprise. The room had a small fridge and a tea kettle. The bathroom had a shower curtain, good water flow in the shower, and no issues getting hot water. The hotel was able to put me in touch with a driver for the Ajanta and Ellora caves (who is the same one they use for airport pickup/dropoff). Breakfast had a lot of options and was available from 7-10 AM. Lunch and dinner were also available in the restaurant. Staff in the restaurant and at the front desk were excellent. I left something in my room by accident and they ran down to bring it to me before I managed to drive away. Location seemed good, but I didn't spend any time walking around. It was about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and I paid 500 rupees for a ride to the airport. (Airport pickup was included for free when I booked.)

Lovely manager & friendly helpfull staff at all various counters & positions.
Also a peaceful location surrounded by green and beautiful trees.
The hotel make me even curious about the other locations.
Really get interested by the story of the founder / owner of this location.
For sure there is passion for Hospitality involved, with an unique stamp with art & classic elements through the location and high feeling for customer experience.
Staff of restaurant & house keeping was also very service minded and friendly, all working with positive pro-active attitude.
Dinner & breakfast was delicious with thanks to the kitchen team.
Appreciated the late check out as well the flexibility.
All together a complete experience with positive memory to a visit Aurangabad.

Aurangabad is historically rich.
Aurangabad is historically rich. I really enjoyed visiting the Ajanta and Ellora Caves. If you are interested in ancient wonders, you will find them fascinating.
There are many caves, so don’t rush. Give yourself at least 2–3 days to explore properly.
For Ajanta, start from the viewpoint and take the short downhill walk—it offers great views. Avoid buying stones from the sellers around the caves; the gift shops near the parking area are a better option. Bargaining is often necessary, especially for foreigners.
At Ellora, a guide is not essential, and the site is handicap-friendly.

Came for work, stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel - The One Hotel located very centrally with everything being on a stone throw distance away. Extended my trip to visit and see the amazing and historic Ajanta and Ellora caves. Visited Hindu temples, and shopped from handloom stores. If not for the summer heat, its a great place to visit as a tourist.

Aurangabad is a great place to be for history lovers as it offers world heritage sites like Ajanta and Ellora with rich traditional Indian history and Daulatabad Fort showcasing glimpses of its past grandeur and tactical brilliance of Indian warriors in its design and architecture. It is a great place offering multiple options for good food all across the city.

Aurangabad now Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar is famous for Kailash Temple , Ellora and Ajanta caves. Stunning sculpture of these three is unimaginable. One whole mountain carved into A temple which was partly destroyed by Aurangzeb a mughal king ,because his religion directs to do so.
The next temple is Bhima Shanker one of the 12 Jyotirlingas, the most attractive thing is the natural beauty around this temple . This is a reserved forest area and purest wet fog is seen almost through out the year. You find yourselves in the mid of clouds feeling mysticaly.You can stay there in the forests with due permission of Forest department.
Plan for atleast 3 days .

We loved exploring the cave temples of Ajanta and Ellora. The fort at Daulatabad was a step back in time to see how Indian fortifications worked in the Middle Ages. It was quite an experience to see how Paithani and Himroo saris are woven by skilled craftsmen and women. I enjoyed visiting Bibi ka Maqbara and trying to fool friends and relatives by pretending we had gone to see the Taj Mahal. It was also a moving experience to visit Aurangzeb’s tomb.
The road to Ajanta is very bumpy and parts of it are not in a good state of repair. A great deal of walking and climbing is involved in visiting the cave systems, though there is a shuttle bus at Ajanta and electric vehicles at Ellora.

Ajanta and Ellora caves are truly exceptional pieces of art. Never imagined they would be so grand and beautiful.
Bibi ka Maqbara is also worth visiting specially in the evening. The whole structure glows up once the lights are on.
Do Visit the zoo if you are travelling with kids.

Quiet Room, Rooms was big, Bed was good, there was one housekeeping staff of the hotel very excellent service, I tried to pay from my Amex Explorer, but as usual some hotels in India it didn't process so I had to use my Visa. Restaurant prices were little expensive and some foods in Menu not available, restaurant roof top takes more time to attend for in-room dine in. Location great to reach most of the places in city. Far to historical sites.

Hospitality and service of the hotel were great. Personnel is kind, just like family. Special thanks to Junak, Aditi, Shiklong and Imna, they serviced us so well.
Food is great, combination of Indian and Asian Kitchen. Staff is qualified.
Rooms are clean, bed is Good, bathroom clean. We had a great stay.

Very good hotel. The entrance was not too clean but room conditions was very good. Bathroom accessories need to improve. Lift available. Manager excellent and helpful. No restaurant with this hotel. Overall very good for staying 2-3 days and explorer Aurangabad, Ananta, Ellora.
