Staff was nice ,polite ,helpful .hotel room is so cleaned nice services

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Comfort, food, staff, gym, pool

1. I stayed for 3 nights , firstly the gave me a room in which shower was not working then I requested to them to change the roo, 2. There was no Gyser in the baathroom the provoded a rod . 3. TV was not working at all , I requested them every day to at least on the tv I will play by my own youtube and all but they did not do that , even the remot was not there. 4. Drinking water was filterd but not packed.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maple Leaf in Ahmedabad. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The location of the hotel is excellent—centrally situated and easily accessible to major attractions and business areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the service overall was prompt and professional. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance and good hygiene standards maintained across the property. I would highly recommend Hotel Maple Leaf to anyone visiting Ahmedabad, whether for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very neat and clean. good for families. Breakfast was a bit ok ok type.

The staff were efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. We were met by Kapil at the reception. He processed our booking and very kindly accompanied us to our room. My mother is infirm and elderly. He helped her to the room. Offered a wheelchair and offered to provide anything we needed.

Break fast was very good, location , ambience, the restaurant staff especially Mr.Alam was very accommodative, friendly & humble. There is no indian food at restaurants which is troublesome to normal Indian guests.

Ayaz Lovi & Nikita excellent team. They looked after us in the best possible way. Always happy to come back.
