This is one of the best hyatt hotels we stayed in. And one of the best compared to other hotel chains we stayed in. We recieved a very warm welcome from ms sathi who arranged fresh juice for us. Because the temperature was very hot outside. The room and bathroom is spacious, the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and polite. Always working with a smile. Nothing is to much for them. Thank you kavita. They have a very wide spread of food items for breakfast. The food is delicious. they also have dinner buffet option. Try the chinese restaurant, delicious. The hotel is not to far from the main things. You can easily find rickshaw our taxi in front of the hotel for a reasonable rate. Once more thank you ms sathi for making our stay memorabel and pleasant! When were in gujarat again this is for sure our hotel!!

Size of room, breakfast, and staff were exceptional. They were attentive. Check in was a breeze.

The staff were efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. We were met by Kapil at the reception. He processed our booking and very kindly accompanied us to our room. My mother is infirm and elderly. He helped her to the room. Offered a wheelchair and offered to provide anything we needed.

L Host è receptionist Nabya, she was very kind, helpful and patient, resolved my credit card issue, and fulfilled all my requests. A beautiful hotel with a restaurant, elevator, and a very large and beautiful room with all the comforts, including a refrigerator, fan, and air conditioning! I invite everyone to stay at this hotel, just steps from the train and bus stations!
