Very bad days spent there.

Very bad days spent there. Accommodation on 7th floor with very small dirty lift. Lots of mosquitoes, no sanitary tools given. No soap for bath, Room dirty and no day to day cleaning, no proper place and table for breakfast. Very bad and greedy staffs. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

Being Indian I may sound biased but coming to Mumbai,...

Being Indian I may sound biased but coming to Mumbai, especially the Khar(West)/Bandra area is like coming home. That said, for anyone that has never been been before I recommend coming as part of a tour group to have someone hold your hand. Mumbai has tons to offer people of all persuasions and for most at a price that will appear more agreeable than many places.

Mumbai is an experience as is most of India.

Mumbai is an experience as is most of India. It tests your emotions . Poverty next to five star hotels, utter filth and trash covered sidewalks and rivers next to establishments that sell the most amazing food in spotless restaurants and the almost deafening sounds from cars, motorbikes scooters buses and TukTuks as the weave there way through jam packed roads that seem impassible to a western driver brought up on complying with a myriad or driving rules and regulations. Can’t wait to go back

Great cosmopolitan city - not like anywhere else we went in India. Lively bars and good food scene plus great people watching and architecture. Would have loved time to do some of the tours of markets and other areas but only had two days. Only downsides are it was hot and humid and the city is BIG with bad traffic - getting to other areas was always a 30-40 minute uber ride away and though there's a nascent subway it doesn't seem to serve the places we were or wanted to visit.

it was super hot when i visited this place in March.

it was super hot when i visited this place in March. I think it is better to come here during winter time. Most people are helpful with tourist but some people are baised against asian tourist which i felt so much when i was in some shop and restaurant. People can easily understand english here. City looks good with alot of art and European building structure.

Mumbai is obviously the motor which is bringing India into the 21st century. I was in Mumbai 15 years ago and the difference is stunning. The city still has work to do......( especially on the pavements). We visited the slums of Dharavi and travelled on the(super)metro. Transport is easy and we used local taxis and even a bus ( clean, fast and cold !)

the staff here are unbelievable. I think i would rate them as being one of the best serving staff i have had the pleasure of dealing with, unrivalled even to a 5 star hotel. so courteous, polite, responsive, and accommodating. THE best of the best. keep up the good work :)

Stayed here for Business meeting. Location was the best part of Hotel. Very convenient to reach through metro and near Airport. Rooms were well kept and updated. All necessary services were there like laundry and free internet.
