The location and the service were great. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. The bed was not uncomfortable. The hotel was clean but unfortunately on my last day i saw a small cockroach in bathroom. And the breakfast needs to have more international cuisine options.

I always use this hotel when staying in Mumbai. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. Always attentive. The housekeeper in my room, during this stay Jacinta, was the best I have had here. Back again at the end of the month. Great choice at the breakfast too with an a la carte option.

The quality of bathroom toiletries, bath linens, size of the room, spread of buffet meals and desserts, and the garden. The theme and decor of the hotel is very unique. Overall, the hospitality of the staff was great. I especially appreciate that their buffet menus incorporate at least three local, unique dishes at all times that provide close to home cooked meals quality.

Our local friends were able to access the gated forecourt and take us to a good selection of places. The roads and traffic was truly shocking! The incompleted metro might have been better if you know what you are doing. Mc Donalds a few steps up past the ATM cash machine is a good cheap option. Must do is India gate from a boat

Mumbai is a buzzing place but certainly it can do better...
Mumbai is a buzzing place but certainly it can do better with efforts to keep it clean as piles of plastics, wastes ,etc. are often found in crowded areas. Though major roads are well maintained , the condition of smaller lanes, roads deserves maintenance. Besides there is no space to walk around for pedestrians as most pavements & free spaces are occupied by hawkers, kiosks etc.
But Yes, the People, the culinary delights & the cultural components ( music, drama, exhibitions) are absolute delight with top rate auditoria!
We were only in the hotel for a few hours having missed our flight. The room was excellent but the best part of our stay was the breakfast. Probably the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. In particular Kaif in the restaurant went out of his way to make the breakfast experience exceptional, I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near to Mumbai International Airport.
The best 5 star hotel in Mumbai. Everything is perfect in terms of staff, cleanliness, ambience, rooms, food etc. Also, the housekeeping is also so friendly and cooperative. The experience was just seamless from check-in to check out. They had also planned a mini surprise for my birthday, which put in an extra smile on my face.
One of the best properties in Mumbai - TAJ.

Breakfast as per Indian Standard was fine but can be more better.
Very close to Mumbai Airport. The hotel is functional and basic. It is good for a short transit stay if you are passing by Mumbai. Very cheap and good value for money.
