Our room had a breathtaking view facing the hills and the serene river, which made waking up each morning an absolute delight. The panoramic scenery was nothing short of picturesque, and we spent countless hours simply soaking it all in from our balcony. There’s something incredibly soothing about the gentle sounds of nature combined with the stunning landscape, making it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What truly stood out was the cordiality and courtesy of the entire staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, the restaurant team, or housekeeping, everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to assist. We spent three nights at Pepper Trail and haven't stopped recommending it to family and friends! The setting is stunning - green and lush vegetation on a coffee (and tea) estate that seems to go a long way. Food was excellent - we had dinner there every night and the vegetarian fixed menu was tasty, varied and beautifully presented. The jeep ride through the estate was informative and great fun, as was the bird walk with Gayathri. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing stay in a remarkably beautiful setting - what more could you ask for?
