Khokan, Deepak, Subham and Nick are wonderful, made us feel at home. They were very attentive and friendly staff. Always smiling and focus on making their guest feel happy and comfortable. I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Partha (provided excellent service throughout our stay) thanks a lot Fatima, thank you for your help and always smiling, keep up the good work. I always wanted to stay at The Fern and finally got the opportunity. For me it was a fantastic location to visit my family. Wish we had more time to explore. Thank you for everything. Had a wonderful time at The Fern.

The staff were very accommodating and nice people. The gym, restaurant weren't open which I didn't like, but apart from that it was great. The silence and peace were awesome.

Very nice hotel in a village, where is just beach, but I can't swimming, dangerous . But it's cool experience to be alone on the beach, you and people who is fishing. Very very peaceful and relaxing. Very good restaurant food. Helpful personal.

FELCY as well as property manager was very was wonderful

Comfort, cleaning, ambience and location

The staff goes above and beyond. They were always smiling, courteous, and had a lot of good suggestions. The property is one of a kind. It is very comfortable and homely.

Everything was good, but the food and Ansh’s service were just exceptional! His care, attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, truly one of the best people we saw working in hospitality.

Stepping into Casa Susegad is a wonderful escape into the traditional, soul-soothing heart of Goa—a true piece of heritage that feels miles away from the modern bustle. The experience is defined by absolutely exceptional service; the staff provides genuine, warm hospitality that is deeply personalized and anticipates your needs, making you feel more like a treasured guest than a customer. Architecturally stunning, this Indo-Portuguese bungalow offers the perfect quiet getaway, where the only sounds are nature, and every cool, tiled corner encourages you to switch off completely. It is here that the beautiful spirit of 'Susegad'—unhurried contentment—is perfectly preserved, offering an authentic and unforgettable connection to Goan values that are hard to find today.

I have currently stayed there. My experience was really great. The staff is very cooperative. Mr Ayush who was at the reception was great. The breakfast was good. The location is good if you are looking for peaceful property. The beach is around 2.5km away, but they also provide beach shuttle service which is great. Overall I am happy that I chose this property. If in future I'll come I'll definitely opt for this property and will recommend it to my friends. Worth the money.

Absolutely beautiful location with a gorgeous property. Just a five-minute drive to the beach and only 10–15 minutes from the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this place every time I’m in Goa.

We stayed here just for a night as our flight was delayed. It was a clean, very well maintained property. Breakfast options were really good. Staff was polite and courteous.

Everything. Even the owner's son helped in dropping us off to the next stop due to overall less availability of taxis
