I like this hotel good and best

I stayed for one night at Mansao Curtorim – A CGH Earth SAHA Experience, and from the moment I arrived, I felt as though I had stepped back in time, in the very best way. The setting is exceptional, a beautifully restored ancestral Goan home with unique antique wooden furniture, spotless rooms, and shared spaces that invite you to slow down rather than rush through. The balcão, shared living room space, and garden areas are all impeccably maintained and full of quiet character. The architecture was a major reason I chose to stay here, and it exceeded expectations, authentic, elegant, and deeply atmospheric. The village surroundings are tranquil, with birdsong and a sense of calm that’s increasingly rare. What truly set this stay apart was the feeling of being a guest, not a customer. While still en route to the property in my driver’s car, I received a phone call asking what I might like for lunch. That small but thoughtful gesture set the tone for everything that followed. Time genuinely slowed down here. The food was a highlight. I didn’t even look at a menu. After a brief conversation about dietary requirements, I simply trusted the kitchen, and I was rewarded with beautifully prepared, traditional Goan dishes. Not knowing what would arrive next only enhanced the experience. Each meal felt home style, confident, and deeply local, I was born in Ireland, and this was important to me as a tourist in India for the 2nd year in a row. I want to make special mention of Mr. Nazeem Shaikh, the manager, who embodies the spirit of this place. He sat with me during check in, and we had a warm, unhurried conversation about what I hoped to get from my stay and my time in South Goa. He was calm, attentive, thoughtful, and exceptionally well informed. He assisted with arranging private transport, offered excellent local recommendations, and consistently anticipated needs without ever being intrusive. One small example says everything.

The enchanting nest is haven built by the sweetest nature loving couple, Mr. & Mrs. Borkar! They are such gracious hosts that we felt welcome and at home the minute we walked in. Once you enter the property, you’re in Nature’s lap! Highly recommend it for anyone who loves nature, peace and tranquility.

The place was great. Huge room and great food options in the complimentary meals. A bit far from the ocean but a great experience.

This gorgeous hotel nestled in the middle of the jungle is the most perfect way to spend a relaxing Goan holiday. From the food, to the decor to the lovely staff who went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic, this really is a memorable place to stay in Goa

Guaranteed clean and comfortable stay. Great location. At walkable distance from the Madgoan Railway Station through Platform 6 exit. The location is convenient to reach other parts of Goa using public transportation. Managed by highly professional staff with easy checkin and checkout process. The room is big with a clean bathroom, bedsheets, towel, etc. Definitely value for money.
