I had booked a non-AC room, and the host was nice to me and upgraded it to an AC room free of cost, since the AC room was available. It is value for money, especially if u need a night's stay. It is 2KM from the main temple and 400m from the Ram Theertha temple. I had booked it for 1600 buck for the night with the family 4 just after the new year, so total value for money.
