1. The only good about this property is the staff behaviour. He is one man show but very gentle and polite. 2. Fortunately AC was working and in good condition other than that nothing to mention about the room. 3. Beach is 800mtr away. All temples are at 2 -3 km distance

New property hence clean hopefully same will continue as owner himself is taking care of everything. Good to stay with family as rooms are clean and service is also good. Staff is supportive & polite. Beach is around 900 meter away from property ( walkable) also can take car till beach where free parking is available near beach. We enjoyed Bonfire as it was very cold during our stay. I didn't try food at resort so cant comment on food quality. Parking space available. Enjoyed !

Very nice big rooms with terrace, AC and clean bathroom. One room got even fridge and small electric plate, so it was possibility to cook something. But - just in front of the villa was very nice, cozy restaurant where we could order preaty tasty food! Location - very good, just 5-7 min. walk from the main beach. Very commuicative and kind host. Generally - I can recomend this place, and hopefully will visit it again :-)

Decent Accommodation with all the required amenities. The room, beds and the bathroom was clean. All the electronics were functional. The property has good enough parking space. Sunil the care taker is always available for your service with a happy face. The resort is located at a very good place with easy access to beach and local eateries.
