Really beautiful resort. We stayed in the family suite. Beautiful outdoor space and ambience. Everyone is super accommodating and service is excellent. We also loved the food that was served in the restaurant. For my fellow wheelchair humans- there is a ramp to get into reception and there is a buggy that can take you to and from your room. There is no lift but most rooms and villas are on ground floor so that is not much of an issue. Getting into the villa there are a few steps, although I did notice a villa had a ramp to get in, so maybe ask for that suite especially. Lastly the bathroom has hand rails which is helpful and the wheelchair fits in through the bathroom door easily. Only caveat was the lack of a shower chair, which would have helped us greatly.

All the staff we meet were really Exceptional in welcoming and in accomadating our requests. From check in to breakfast to dinner to post check out lost and found follow up. We liked everything about the staff and the place is peaceful as it it away from the city chaos which has its own pros and cons. Special thanks to the front office team to allow us early check in after our long travel via train as we were super tired Aswell, special thanks to Abhijeet from the Restaurant who knew how to take care of his guest by welcoming them not only to the hotel but to the city of Dwarka. He was our person to talk to while our time at breakfast and dinners during our stay and share and get knowledge about the city and other informative things. A very humble positive personality.

Location of the hotel, food quality, cleanliness, amenities provided. Overall the hotel is of high quality. Staff were well behaved and prompt. Located just near to main market and Dwarkadish Temple. And the stay at the hotel was comforting and relaxing.

Wonderful memories with Regenta

The location is very nice.. We could see Dwarkadih temple from our window. Staffs where very nice and helpful. Restaurant served good food. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely choose he same for our next stay in Dwarka as well.
