Elevated 2000 feet above Hyderabad, this luxurious 5-star property features a blend of colonial and Indian designs. I loved the welcoming staff when we arrived and the photograph taking pictures with the rose petal. The free visit of the Palace was amazing and the concert was also really entertaining! The room itself is huge, spacious, clean, all the toiletries needed are available. I love the Indian sweets left in the room for us as well. We tried both restaurants and they were both delicious. We gave the staff some feedback at lunch on the wine and at dinner they found us in order to offer more wine based on our feedback... I have never seen such a high level of customer service.

The property is located at a prime location of Begumpet, Hyderabad. The customer service to greet us were exceptionally good, they told us about what is and what is not a part of the stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy, it has just about all the amenities in the room. The buffet breakfast had a wide spread from Indian cuisine to a little bit of continental as well. The bar on the rooftop was really good.. me and my colleague had a few drinks and food and that was just about the heat that the food needed and the barman had most varieties of liquor. All in all a very good stay. I would definitely come back and stay there.
I had a pleasant stay with my hubby.we liked the place and games,pool and balcony in the room COVERED with palm trees very awesum location for newly married couple & family as well.special thanks to RECEPTION staff and ALL staff very polite and adjusted for late checkout.inside the view of resort is too good with full greenary.
