Clean rooms and good behaviour of staff

Even though they no longer have a restaurant the excellent breakfast which I ordered was brought in daily. Also cups of tea arrived on a regular basis.

I stayed at Kutch Leela Resorts for one day on 1st January 2026, and overall it was a very good experience. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for privacy and quality time with family. We stayed in a tent, which was well maintained and comfortable. It had AC, a water heater, clean rooms, and even a bonfire in the evening, which was a great touch considering Kutch’s cold weather in January. The ambience was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing stay. I would especially like to appreciate Ajay (Manager) for being very supportive and accommodating. He allowed us early check-in at 7 AM, which was extremely helpful. A big thanks as well to Prakash (Support Staff) for his assistance and polite behaviour throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was that they arranged an auto (tuk-tuk) for us whenever needed. In the morning around 9 AM, they even took me to the market area so I could buy breakfast for my family — very thoughtful service.

Fabulous 4 bedroom gorgeous bungalow. Unfortunately the main caretaker was on leave on that day but his replacement was just ok.
