The serenity of the forest seeped into every corner, providing a peaceful sanctuary throughout my stay. The retreat’s commitment to Ayurveda and wellness was evident in every aspect. Highly skilled and attentive staff guided me through personalized Ayurvedic treatments, prioritizing my physical and mental well-being. The therapists’ expertise and genuine care left me feeling revitalized and deeply relaxed. In addition to the exceptional treatments, the retreat offered a variety of wellness activities. Daily yoga sessions amidst the serene forest setting allowed me to connect with nature and find inner balance. The Ayurvedic meals served were not only delicious but also nourishing, embracing the principles of healthy eating. What truly sets this retreat apart is its idyllic location. Surrounded by lush greenery and pristine wilderness, it provided an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I recently stayed at Parudeesa for a business conference which is located in a calm and serene vicinity. I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming (of course with a Kerala traditional flowers garland) and extremely accommodating. The living room was beautifully decorated and the check-in process was seamless. With a fresh smell of flowers and extraordinary chandeliers it looked like a 5 star hotel lobby. The room itself was very spacious, and comfortable and had a stunning view of the garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were of high quality (of course all were white with a flowery fragrance). The bathroom was also very spacious and immaculately clean. Had super fast Wifi and a large smart TV with all the local channels as well as OTT apps were available. One of the highlights of my stay was the homely food and the wonderful cocktails that were provided. The home had a fantastic dining room with a bar attached — and a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was exceptional and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were also attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The massage room that has a creative artwork was really aesthetic and the massage that I booked was mind-blowing along with the steam bath which was a complete relaxation for my trip. Overall, I would highly recommend “Parudeesa” to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and a memorable stay. The level of service, attention to detail and overall experience was truly outstanding." I wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family and will be returning soon for just relaxation purpose.
