This new resort has all the ingredients for the perfect stay. Well appointed, comfortable and spotless rooms, hot water, quiet AC and ceiling fans. The rooms are spread across the whole site so even when other guests are on site your privacy is maintained. The rooms have been built so the balcony or windows are facing the view, as nature lovers we really enjoyed this. The site has been thoughtfully planted with lots of shady areas to sit and relax. The decor is very tasteful and celebrates traditional crafts and building methods. The restaurant has AC and serves very tasty food. While we were there it was obvious that the restaurant was focused on high quality food, everything we tried was excellent. The icing on the cake is the hospitality of the staff. Definitely five stars for customer service. We cycled to the resort and the extra up at the end of a ride was 100% worth it.

We had a great stay at The Halifax Inn. Firoz and the team were welcoming, kind and helpful. Our room was very clean, our bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and the WiFi worked well- it was just perfect for us. We were able to walk to the amazing Bekal Fort and to beautiful beaches. There were plenty of eating places nearby. Thanks for a great stay.

All our expectations about our stay here were met and exceeded! The cottage we stayed in was very cozy with a small verandah and a gate at the porch, high ceilings inside with a wide king size bed, a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a private backyard overlooking the garden and the backwaters. It was quiet, serene, and blissful, to say the least. The staff were at the top of their game - warm, welcoming and well trained. We had a minor issue with the door to the patio and the jacuzzi which was promptly addressed even at a late hour - very impressive! The property is splendid and spectacular. Kudos to the management and the entire staff to get this up and running and for maintaining it impeccably. Coming back with my family for sure!

Lovely hotel, with attentive staff under manager Mohameds guidance. The yellow water in the bathroom was interesting, and you have to tell reception if you want hot water. Excellent room with all facilities, even a toothbrush!
