The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay very comfortable. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, and adds great value to the stay. The service throughout was prompt and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team in making my visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The night manager was magnificent and most helpful and went out of his way to help when his shift finished Breakfast was grand I had an omlette late check in as plane late shuttle waited 2 hrs

The hotel reception - Resin was the first person I saw and I was feeling uneasy since i was staying at the hotel remote from the rest of the team and he made me feel safe and comfortable. He quickly took care of me - he deserves a promotion as he explained the hotel information as well. The cook is pheonominal - they know how to cook for foreigners - I am from USA and I was in India hotel and I cannot eat much spicey food and the selection was great. It was also very clean. The House keeping was excellent - and in general i rate a 10. I recommend anybody who is foreigner especially to stay there if you are in Hyderabad and you will be treated well. Especially the fact that they value of treatment is great.
