I arrived with a broken foot and it was as if I had booked a first class room in a private Hospital. I got all support I asked for a real excellent service which was offerd from the Heart. Very near the airport and busstop of sleeper Bus. Here cheap taxi is available

The rooms here were quite spacious! Beds very comfy, AC chilling and nice ventilation in room. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. In short, nothing I could fault in the appearance of this accommodation. The food menu prices are so reasonable that after ordering it once, we never even thought of getting food from outside. Cooked very well and in good portions for the price! The breakfast is buffet style and while there is not much variety, all the food we had was not oily or bland in comparison to other places we've stayed. There's Smart Bazaar which is within walking distance if you became a fan of this supermarket chain while travelling. All other dining, juice and tea stalls, pharmacies etc are nearby. However, the main highlight was the hospitality we received here! The Property Manager - Akhtar is a gem of a man. We came from Mumbai after a hectic travel in such a nuisance city (in our opinion) city and just found peace to be here. We were stressed out about our travel itinerary and had initially booked here just for a night, when we sought help, Akhtar sorted a driver for us who deals with the hotel guests directly. He always took the time to have a yarn with us whenever possible and not busy. Any issues with room facilities, tell reception, it'll be solved! We also could not find reasonably priced transportation back to our home departure port. We ended in a situation with not enough card money but had cash. Akhtar tried all modes available before he took me personally in his motorcycle to an agent who booked a sleeper bus for us. He went above and beyond our expectations! Just because of the hospitality we got here within the first night, we ended up staying 5 nights! My family and I were in India for a month, staying in over 10 properties but NOTHING beats the level of hospitality we got here, in a non-5-star property! Big thanks to the Manager Akhtar, Bittu and the entire team @HPC!
