Veiligheid en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

We are a family of five, including our three children, and arrived in Mumbai early in the morning after a rather unexpected and chaotic change of travel plans due to flight cancellations. As we were flying home that same evening, we were looking for a hotel close to the airport — and, after reading so many wonderful reviews, we decided to give this hotel a try. And what a decision that turned out to be! Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our entire trip through India. The service, hospitality and atmosphere were absolutely exceptional — truly nothing short of a five-star experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such genuine warmth, kindness and care. From the front office and reception team, to the luggage staff, doorman, restaurant team, housekeeping and driver — every single person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. With three children and a last-minute travel situation, this kindness meant even more to us. A very special thank you to the wonderful front office team, especially Mr. Nadim and Ms. Nadia, for their outstanding hospitality and personal attention. And a big thank you to our friendly and helpful driver, Irshad, as well! You truly gave us the perfect final day in Mumbai — and after a fairly eventful journey, we couldn’t have wished for a better ending. 😊 From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our last day in Mumbai so special. We will genuinely remember this experience with a big smile and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. Five stars for the service, but even more stars for the people! ⭐️
